Your Role in Action
As a Patient Access Representative, you'll support patients and providers by ensuring smooth, accurate, and compassionate front-end clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Registering patients accurately and efficiently, prioritizing based on clinical guidance
Collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information
Verifying insurance eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and referrals
Communicating estimated out-of-pocket costs and collecting patient payments
Identifying patients who may need financial assistance and connecting them with financial counseling
Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and administrative needs
Collaborating with providers, clinic staff, and leadership to improve workflows and patient experience
Maintaining compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience in healthcare registration, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, or medical assisting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance plans, and benefit programs a plus
Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and empathy
Self-motivated team player who can also work independently

Our outpatient clinic is located in beautiful Kalispell, MT, and serves patients ages newborn to young adult. This position plays a key role in patient care, working closely with medical providers, certified medical assistants, and fellow nurses to deliver high-quality, family-centered care.
What you'll be doing:
Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs.
Assist with weekly triage phone line and patient inquiries.
Administer immunizations
Provide education to patients and families
Offer clinical support to the medical providers
Support providers with procedures and daily patient care needs.
Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications:
Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN preferred.
Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR, and/or BLS certification required and/or as dictated by each practice/service line.
Knowledge of equipment, supplies, and instruments used in a medical office, simple routine clinical laboratory methods, universal blood and body fluid precautions.
Must have knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, established protocol for storing poisons, narcotics, acids, caustics, and flammable items; restriction imposed by various manage care carriers, various forms inherent to profession.
Understanding of the confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.
Additional Certification(s) requirements may vary by work location.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.

Job Specific Duties:
Develops, implements and coordinates individualized, goal directed nursing care to patients using the nursing process as appropriate for RN's as applicable to the assigned area(s).
Maintains nursing standards of care and responds to changing workloads and patient conditions by remaining calm, making objective assessments, prioritizing, and asking for assistance as appropriate.
Transcribes and implements provider orders and treatments both verbal and written accurately and efficiently as noted by chart reviews and observation. Consistently problem solves issues affecting patient care.
Exhibits a thorough practice of infection control procedures per policy and procedure as applicable to the assigned area(s).
As applicable to assigned area(s); Performs clinical testing using a variety of automated and non-automated techniques; collects, packages, and accurately labels all specimens immediately upon receipt; forwards to designated lab(s) according to established protocols.
Provides individual instruction to patients and families concerning health and medical needs via telephone triage and/or patient visit.
Performs administrative duties to include protocol review, clinical education, clinical competencies, and clinical onboarding.
Exhibits competency in telephone triage, abnormal diagnostics and/or lab results, assesses the problem, and plans the appropriate interventions in coordination with providers. Utilizes nursing judgment to recommend minor self-care management interventions at home. Documents triage calls in EMR.
Assesses and anticipates the needs of the patient, and coordinates the necessary interventions as defined by policy, procedure and the written/verbal orders of the provider as applicable to assigned area(s).
Under the direction of the provider(s) and/or clinic leadership, oversees and directs the care provided by assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients and/or families as applicable to assigned area(s).

The Child Life Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing a comprehensive Child Life Program that promotes the developmental well-being of children, adolescents, and their families. This role focuses on minimizing psychological trauma during medical treatments and maintaining normal living patterns. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Child Life Specialist fosters an environment that encourages mastery through play, learning, self-expression, family involvement, and peer interaction. They are responsible for addressing both the psychosocial and developmental needs of patients, ensuring continuity of care, and coordinating services with the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Child Life, or a related field.
Internship: Completed an internship under the supervision of a certified Child Life Specialist.
Certification: Eligible for Professional Child Life Certification upon hire; Certification from the Child Life Certification Commission (CLCC) as a Certified Child Life Specialist within 18 months of hire. A minimum of two attempts to pass the exam are required within the first year of hire.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines

Experience in a clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy setting
Experience writing SOAP Notes

This position is based out of our Logan Health Chester pharmacy, and Under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, will assist the Pharmacist in providing medications to appropriate clinical staff at Logan Health. Qualifications:

Technician training program preferred. Prior health care experience preferred.
RQI First Responder required.
Proficient typing skills required.
Must have an understanding of medical terminology and calculations. Must have fluent knowledge of medication brand and generic names.
Prior experience in Pharmacy Systems and Electronic Health Records preferred. Possess ability to learn other software as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
Job Specific Duties:
Understands and completes all aspects of medication distribution from the pharmacy to all areas assigned including, but not limited to; inpatient and/or outpatient dispensing. These duties may include, but are not limited to:
Filling the automated dispensing system and utilizing the bar code scanning. Filling patient drawers in all nursing units.
Delivering medications in the most efficient manner to all areas assigned.
These duties will be supervised and verified by a pharmacist and/or technician that is currently a tech-check-tech technician.
Completes rounds according to current policy. This includes delivering and retrieving medications, debiting and crediting medications to patient specific accounts to ensure accurate billing. This process will be coordinated with other pharmacy personnel to meet the immediate needs of the pharmacy department.
Promptly and efficiently answers telephone calls, responds to inquiries and routes appropriately as needed.
Performs all tasks associated with maintaining the pharmacy inventory. This includes, but is not limited to:
Ordering, receiving, and shelving medications.
Documents and communicates drug shortages.
Monitors the pharmacy inventory for out dated medications, and disposes according to current policy.
Exhibits a working knowledge of all pharmacy computer systems as required by location.
Maintains a neat and orderly environment. This includes, but is not limited to:
Cleaning duties.
Medication disposal
Trash disposal
Actively continues education to keep abreast of Pharmacy law and to maintain current licensure.

About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills and Characteristics
You have at least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing community
You follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a shared goal
You are self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
You are observant, dependable, adaptable and respectful

This position is with Medi-Weightloss in Canton, Michigan in a newly built 2,000 square foot clinic. Low stress, low key environment focusing on preventative medicine. All appointments scheduled to fit available staffing & time for charting.
This position requires in-Clinic presence on FRIDAY: 7:30 am ? 1:30 pm, and 3 times per month on Saturdays from 7:30 am-12:30 pm. Additional hours likely available, if desired, as the Clinic grows.

Medi-Weightloss offers a peer reviewed weight loss program where patients eat grocery store food and return to the Clinic weekly for medical monitoring & nutrition management, consistent with patient weight loss goals. This is a ?positive energy? clinic, not a "perfect body" shop, or a place of any shame. We passionately want our patients to succeed and to share in their accomplishments. But our patients are also our customers, and so customer care and support are important.
All patient visits are by appointment only and will follow an established format so that there likely will not be more than only a few patients in the Clinic at any given time.
Job Functions
Obtains and reviews patient's medical history information relevant to patient care
Conducts physical examinations
Orders and reviews labs as well as diagnostic procedures
Prescribes FDA approved weight loss medications according to state and federal guidelines
Reviews patient's progress and manages patient care accordingly
Maintains all required documentation for patient care and medication management
Documents patient progress in the patient chart and/or EMR
Conducts follow up calls to patients to discuss patient progress and address any concerns
Consults with our off-site Medical Director for input and 2nd opinions as needed
Requirements
Must be able to work Friday (7:30 am-1:30 pm) and (3 times per month) Saturday from 7:30 am -12:30 pm
Must have valid Michigan medical license & DEA certificate
Must be "credentialed" with the major commercial payors in Michigan at time of hire
Must ensure CAQH profile is current
Must be a team player & flexible
Part-Time Benefit Package
$62.50 per hour (and the same as we pay existing clinitions)
