Seasonal Position Details:
Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period
15% Premium Pay (Seasonal Premium)
No Health Benefits, 401(k) Eligible
$1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days in position

$2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus

What You'll Do:
Be a Patient Advocate: As a Circulating RN, you're the voice and advocate for each patient during surgery, making sure they get the best care.
Stay Sharp: You'll use your keen organizational skills to prioritize patient needs and the demands of the surgical team during fast-paced procedures.
Prepare for Action: Assist with anesthesia, surgical prep, positioning, and documentation. You're hands-on with everything from setting up the sterile field to tracking supplies and surgical counts.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

About the role
Under the supervision of the Director of the OR, the PAR (Post Anesthesia Recovery) RN manages all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment. The RN is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of the PAR patient. The PAR RN will work with the anesthesia, physicians and all personnel of the other departments to ensure quality patient care. The PAR RN is a self-motivated professional and resourceful person who supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Health Care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Registered nurse currently licensed to practice professional nursing by the Montana State Board of Nursing.
One year of Med Surg experience.
ACLS certification within one year.
This position will be 10-hour shifts.
Salary commensuration up to 15 years experience.
