Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program required. ARRT Certification in Radiology required. Current and valid Montana State license in Radiological Technology required. RQI Responder CPR certificate required. Possess knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of equipment, supplies, and instruments used in a medical office preferred. Maintains an understanding of current exam protocols as applicable to assigned area(s). Works in collaboration with the radiology department to ensure the most up to date protocols are followed. Accurately and efficiently transcribes and implements provider orders and treatments. Consistently problem solves issues affecting patient care. Follows current exam protocols to perform diagnostic imaging procedures as applicable to assigned area(s). Maintains accountability to technologist competency/quality control standards. Reviews QA report and takes appropriate action as indicated. Assists with maintaining and coordinating repairs and services as needed. Monitors equipment for malfunction and alerts leadership per department procedures and protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
