The Local Area Network (LAN) Lead provides support to a specific DLA geographic region (Northeast, Central, South, and West). This position will support and provide direction to the network engineers in their assigned region. The GFP / GFE MANAGER shall obtain sufficient knowledge of the various contract operations to understand the role and functions of each contract and the relationship in total Government Property Control Systems required for contract PM MT manages with GFP / GFE; each type of property and property management systems may require distinctly different methods for management and control. Oversight. The GFP/GFE Manager shall oversee the management of PM MT's government-owned property control plan and system, including acquisition, tracking, and disposition. Processes & Procedures. The GFP / GFE MANAGER shall develop and maintain Government Property Management processes and procedures (as tailored for each contract). Compliance. The GFP / GFE MANAGER shall ensure compliance with all Government Property regulations and requirements. Surveillance. Determine the kinds of information required to be furnished to the individual Team Leads, Inventory Managers and Project Officers in order to permit the efficient and effective exercise of responsibility and to facilitate the preparation of reports periodically required to be furnished to the Government. DoD IUID Registry. On behalf of the company, the GFP / GFE MANAGER shall ensure the required reporting of DoD property in the possession of contractors through use of the DoD IUID Registry.
