Dani Golan oversees strategy, go-to-market and overall company operations. Previously, Dani served as President and General Manager of Performix Technologies, acquired by NICE Systems in 2006. Prior to Performix, Dani was an executive responsible for leading new ventures at EMC. Dani holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Prior to his professional career, Dani served as a fighter pilot and an officer in the Israeli Air Force.

Derek Swanson has 20 years of experience as a technology evangelist, systems architect, and data systems engineer. At Kaminario, he manages the worldwide sales engineering organization and is the senior customer-facing technologist and product evangelist in the organization. Prior to Kaminario, Derek has had a successful career at Sorenson, Coda Communications, and Unisys. He holds a Bachelors in Political Science and Government from Brigham Young University.

Guy Tanchuma joins the Kaminario team with a successful 20-year track record as a Finance Executive for various technology firms. At Kaminario, Guy leads the finance organization. Prior to joining Kaminario, Guy was VP of Finance for the Enterprise Division of NICE Systems. In total he spent over 10 years with NICE with roles including CFO of the Americas and Director of Cost and Budget. Prior to joining NICE, Guy held various corporate finance roles at a range of technology companies including Comverse and Pelephone.
