Learning & Development Support: Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting and auditing for QA, compliance, etc., marking attendance, managing the course library and learning plans and course enrollments (automatic and manual), and uploading content/creating courses Create content, including training materials, one-page resources, and job aids Coordinate the training schedule Facilitate orientation for new hires, as needed System Administration: Update the Applicant Tracking System, Talent, and Learning Modules within the HRIS.
