Position Overview: The Director of Solution Design and Rate Review will lead and manage all aspects of a multi-site supply chain operation for ID Logistics US. Location: Johns Creek, GA Schedule: On-site, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs. Work Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel.     The Maintenance Technician position requires a skilled maintenance technician to inspect, troubleshoot and repair a variety of conveyor systems-Laser Guided Vehicles, also known as AVG-Automated Guided Vehicles. The Technician also must be proficient in PLC's. An in depth knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairs is required. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Responsibilities: * Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production equipment throughout the facility. * Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment. * Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions. * Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted. * Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority. * Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical units to the supervising manager. * Documenting spare and replacement parts required and completing all necessary documentation for the same. * Appropriately using and handling all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment. * Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. * Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. * Other duties as assigned. Compensation: $26 - $28 per hour Schedule: Monday- Wednesday, Every Other Sunday Requirements: * In depth electrical and mechanical experience. * Proficient in working with voltages from 24 volts to 480 volts. * PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience. * AVG (Automated Guided Vehicle) or LVG (Laser Guided Vehicle) experience. * Knowledge of working with HMI's. * Ability to work independently. * Proficient in Preventative Maintenance tasks and services. * Automation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines. * Sound understanding of using all electrical testing equipment. * Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools. * Ability to operate a forklift. * Should follow oral or written instructions. * Team mindset. * Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. * High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education * Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
