Position Overview: The Supervisor, Safety & Compliance, will oversee associate training within our operations in alignment with company and customer requirements. This role requires expertise in interpreting and documenting safety processes, procedures, and regulations while ensuring compliance with applicable standards. The Supervisor will manage the training management system, design and deliver safety training, and maintain the master document system for operational work instructions, SOPs, and job hazard analyses. Administer training management system: recordkeeping, auditing, and compliance. Develop, update, and implement training materials and programs. Oversee new hire safety acclimation, evaluation, and qualification. Lead site safety committees and initiatives across facilities. Manage master document control system for SOPs, work instructions, and hazard analyses. Partner with equipment/system manufacturers to customize training programs. Primary Responsibility: Under general supervision, the Forklift Operator will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to, sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks and radio frequency equipment. What You'll Do: * Efficiently and safely load and unload freight using proper equipment to move products to storage throughout facility. * Effectively stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation, while labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as directed by management. * In compliance with OSHA standards, operate equipment (sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, single/double pallet jacks and RF scanners) in a manner that promotes safety. * Must be able to meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. * Perform other duties such as inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes and may be required to perform other duties outside of normal responsibilities as needed. The position will require good electrical trouble shooting skills as well as a good mechanical aptitude. Primary Responsibility: Supports the Regional Director of FP&A and the warehouse operations team with analyzing and summarizing financial and non-financial data to help drive decisions, performs analyses on different scenarios and helps to draw conclusions, and prepares appropriate and relevant reports and presentations to upper management. Primary focus will be on the domestic Warehouse segment (approximately 40+ temperature-controlled warehouses generating $300+ million in annual revenues). What You'll Do: 1. Assists with the forecasting, annual operating budget for facilities within the region, including loading data to the Oracle EPM system and compiling final product into a presentation format. 2. Assists in the month end close process, variance explanations, and researching and reviewing financial and key metrics results for sites within the region by providing information on trends regarding price/volume/mix and discrepancies, along with recommendations. 3.
