The Operations Supervisor manages hourly associates and temporary workers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Primary Responsibility : Serves as the primary support liaison between C-Levels, end users, end-user computing team, IT Hardware/Software vendors, and the Information Technology support teams by resolving complex technical application and IT service problems. Primary Responsibility: As a Cash Application Associate, you will play a crucial role in the Accounts Receivable team by accurately and efficiently processing daily cash receipts and ensuring the proper application of funds in accordance with company policies and procedures. Primary Responsibility : Utilize Industrial Engineering and Business Process/Continuous Improvement techniques to improve facility operations through technology deployment, metrics reporting/visibility, inventory control methodology, and labor management practices. Ensure new and existing facility success through testing of systems and automation that yield best practices and standardized operations. Work with Warehouse Management System (WMS) Configuration and Training and Support teams whose purpose is to provide configuration solutions and WMS processes to maximize efficiency of work processes in office and warehouse floor. What you'll Do The Network Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions that support our business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance network and cloud solutions utilizing Cisco, Palo Alto, and Azure technologies across Americold's global network. Building automation and AI into solutions where possible and to improve speed and reliability of service Evaluate and recommend network technologies and tools to meet business needs. Develop and maintain network architecture documentation. Ensure network solutions are aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the network team. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. What Experience and Education You Need 7+ years of experience in network architecture, cloud connectivity services, and zero-trust frameworks. Extensive experience with Cisco networking technologies (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, Cisco ISE). Strong expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls and IAM security solutions. Proven experience as a Network Solution Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of network technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. Extensive knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and hands-on experience with network hardware and software. Wireless LAN Networks and WAN/LAN technologies Experience with network automation and orchestration tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of perimeter security solutions Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and others) are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant work experience.
