ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
The MHE3 positions will operates gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial equipment equipped with lifting devices, such as sit-down, stand-up, clamp or other elevating equipment to push, pull, lift, stack,
tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in distribution center or storage yard.
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial
equipment.
Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment.
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and
OSHA standards.
Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products
are loaded and shipped.
Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or
containers.
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality
variances.
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security
are maintained.
Assist in physical inventories.
Ensure proper stock rotation.
Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count,
stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service,
Transportation and Maintenance.
Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe
conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team.
Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance
when observed.
Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associates are responsible for packaging, sorting, processing, staging, loading, unloading and transporting of products. Individuals in this position must work cooperatively with other Associates and productively with little supervision. This position is hands on and involves repetitive lifting, stacking, sorting, bending, stooping, reaching.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
* Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other Associates to do the same.
* Safely operates machinery in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, processing staging and transporting products.

The Dispatcher coordinates the delivery of customer products to desired locations.
Responsibilities
Provide real time driver and load status updates in the TruckMate software system
Provide coverage/communications for radio, phone and People Net
Ensure proper flow of documents to and from drivers
Effectively communicate with management, drivers and customers
Enter data efficiently and accurately in complex software systems
Perform clerical and administrative functions including sorting, filing and distributing transportation documents.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year experience as a transportation clerical or similar role
Skills and Abilities
Excellent data entry skills
Strong computer skills - prior experience working with complex computer systems
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, such as PeopleNet and/or TruckMate preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be detail oriented
Ability to multitask and keep track of several shipments for numerous clients
Ability to communicate effectively with management, drivers and customers
Ability to work overtime, other shifts and/or holidays as business needs require

Summary
Forklift Operators are responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products into and out of a warehouse. Individuals in this position must work cooperatively with other associates and productively with little supervision. Following company safety policies and procedures is of great importance to this position.
What You'll Do:
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, in accordance with company or site-specific safety policies and procedures.
Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transports to designated area.
Check product on inbound/outbound to ensure that items and quantities are correct and there is no damage.
Use handheld scanners/equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment.
Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
Participate in keeping the facility maintained in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.
Additional duties assigned by supervisor.
What We Need from You:
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically exerting tasks of the jobs in a warehouse environment that may be non-temperature controlled, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates throughout each season.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
Must be able to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed.
Helpful Experience (Not Required):
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with RF equipment.
