Capture and update all customer details in Monday.com for follow-up. ● Follow-Up & Pipeline Management (15%) - Execute structured follow-ups using approved scripts to nurture leads, maintain contact with potential Customers, and convert interest into scheduled design consultations. ● Administrative Tasks, Showroom Readiness & Documentation (20%) - Maintain showroom presentation standards, refresh displays, charge iPads, update QR codes, and ensure product materials are organized and accurate. Record all interactions and follow-ups in Monday.com, confirm upcoming appointments, and assist with data tracking, reports, and communication logs. Additional duties and responsibilities as a Closet Sales Executive: ● Product Knowledge & Professional Development (10%) - Stay up to date on CITY's Closet Systems, finishes, accessories, and hardware. Review vendor catalogs, attend training sessions, and continually develop product knowledge to ensure confidence and accuracy in design presentations. ● Adhere to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, beyond those listed in the responsibilities. Changing business conditions may trigger changes to job responsibilities (i.e., COVID-19).
