The people who what to make life better for all persons through education.
To many of the new people in management are making more money and doing less work, while the people who are due a pay raise are being denied. Corn-Ferry survey/salary evaluation has not relayed a true marketplace value for the employees at this institution. Human Resources will not tell the KCKCC employees the institutions that were used for the Salary comparison.
Students when you see that they get it and have pride in themselves.
