* Maintain personnel and recruitment electronic filing system, maintain and audit tracking log, prepare electronic files for review, and process requests for approval
* Conduct or assist with applicant screening, applicant tracking, and approval of specific human resources online documents relative to faculty and non-teaching recruitment and onboarding.
* Provide advisement and guidance to departments and managers on faculty and non- teaching recruitment and onboarding processes. Work with senior team members or management to assist with communication to the appropriate audience(s).
* Work with the International Affairs office on compliance issues regarding the recruitment, onboarding, and hiring process for foreign nationals.
* Develop, update, and interpret institutional and departmental policies, procedures, and forms, recommend collaborative development of team process change and new programs.
* Utilize various online resources to perform daily duties/tasks.
* Prepare reports related to recruitment and onboarding activities for faculty and non-teaching positions.
* Adhere to internal controls and reporting structure.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Taleo or similar applicant tracking and onboarding systems.
* PeopleSoft (HCM) and/or Human Resources Information System (HRIS). or similar relevant systems.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed on occasion.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
