Cornerstones of Care is seeking a passionate, innovative change maker as a Treatment Foster Care Specialist to work with youth, primarily teens, in our specialized treatment family homes. Treatment Foster Care Specialists are collaborators, coaches, and mentors for both the youth and the adults in their lives. Small caseloads let the TFC Specialist focus on increasing placement stability, teaching new coping skills and supporting youth as they achieve permanence. Our Specialist have a high degree of autonomy with their schedule and the work may be completed from home, through visits to the foster home and other community settings and some scheduled time in the office. Specialists have flexibility and autonomy with their schedule as long as the needs of their assigned families are met.
