Responsibilities
As a Building Engineer with Hines, you will maintain basic operation and maintenance of all building equipment and systems by routinely reviewing operating conditions and established programs with Supervisor to understand and resolve any abnormal operating issues. * Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems including, but not limited to pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors and air handling units.

* Provide prompt and courteous response to tenant requests within the guidelines set forth by Hines.
* Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants.
* Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the entire operation staff and perform as a team member.

The Collections Specialist is a proactive and detail-oriented professional responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment and minimize outstanding balances. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and disputes, working collaboratively to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.

Collections & Account Management:

• Initiate and document collections outreach via phone and email, adhering to a defined cadence for follow-up.

Lien & Legal Process:
• Initiate and track the lien filing process via lien software to protect the company's rights.

• Maintain proper records of waivers, releases, and lien filings for audit readiness.
Communication & Collaboration:

RELI Group is seeking an experienced Privacy Compliance Auditor Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support privacy-focused audits and assessments under Task 8 of the Information Security and Privacy Services (ISPS), part of the Marketplace System Security and Privacy Support Services (MSSPSS) contract. The Privacy Compliance Auditor SME will provide expert-level evaluation of CMS ACA and NST systems to ensure compliance with the Privacy Act, HIPAA, OMB guidance, and CMS privacy policies. This role includes advising on privacy risk mitigation, assessing compliance documentation, conducting audit readiness reviews, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance privacy governance and transparency.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive privacy compliance audits of CMS systems, ensuring adherence to federal privacy laws and CMS privacy requirements
Evaluate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), System of Records Notices (SORNs), and Data Use Agreements (DUAs) for completeness and accuracy
Support CMS in meeting audit requirements from OMB, OIG, OCR, and internal privacy oversight bodies
Provide recommendations for privacy control improvements and develop audit remediation plans
Monitor and document privacy risks, data handling processes, and potential noncompliance issues

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Privacy, Cybersecurity, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in privacy compliance auditing, privacy impact assessments, or data protection in a federal setting.
Strong understanding of the Privacy Act, HIPAA, OMB Circular A-130, and FISMA privacy requirements.
Experience conducting audits or assessments for CMS, HHS, or similar agencies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing formal audit deliverables.
Ability to translate complex privacy policies into actionable compliance and audit strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting ACA-related programs and systems.
Certifications such as CIPP/G, CIPM, CHPC, or CISA.
Familiarity with CMS privacy templates, requirements, and privacy governance structures.

We're hiring a Data Migration Specialist who will be the go‑to data expert to turn a customer's complex export into clean and usable data in Buildout. Design & Execute Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy to support the revenue organization in achieving business and customer success goals. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to align onboarding, ever-boarding, and continuous learning programs with GTM segment priorities.
Drive Performance Through Insights: Use learning analytics and sales performance data (e.g., time-to-productivity, win rates, sales velocity, and pipeline acceleration) to measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs.
Champion AI & Innovation: Lead initiatives to integrate AI and automation into GTM processes, identifying new tools and methodologies that enhance productivity and learning effectiveness.
Content & Curriculum Development: Create, curate, and maintain impactful enablement content-sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations-that articulate Boulevard's value proposition and support product launches.
Training & Facilitation: Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and training sessions leveraging blended learning techniques. Partner with client-facing managers to coach, reinforce, and sustain core sales skills and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure strategic alignment, resolve complex challenges diplomatically, and maintain message consistency across GTM teams.
Operational Excellence: Leverage and manage the RevTech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, WorkRamp, Articulate, Outreach.io, Chilipiper, LeanData) to drive efficiency, insight, and consistent adoption across teams.
Project Management: Lead strategic enablement initiatives from concept to completion by developing project plans, conducting DACI risk assessments, and coordinating internal and external partners to deliver on-time, high-impact outcomes.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics-such as win/loss trends, cycle length, adoption rates, CSAT, and churn-to identify skill gaps and inform continuous improvement strategies.
Trusted Advisor: Act as a key partner to revenue leadership, offering insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies.
What You'll Need To Thrive:
Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Revenue, or Enablement roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
Results-Driven Mindset: Proven success designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in pipeline growth, conversion rates, and productivity.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise with core GTM and enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, Highspot/Seismic, WorkRamp, Articulate, Outreach.io, Chilipiper, LeanData, LMS platforms).
Sales Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of modern sales frameworks and the full customer journey, with fluency in MEDDPICC, Challenger, and related methodologies.
Project Leadership: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
Data-Driven Enablement: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data and telemetry into actionable enablement strategies.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

How we'll take care of you:
Your starting total cash compensation for this role is between $120,000 - $132,000
depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
