The CEO has created a toxic work environment at Kappa Delta Pi. Regardless of your position or to whom the organizational chart shows you reporting, the CEO will micromanage your projects and lecture you until she gets her way. This was a much different place to work prior to 2020, under its previous management. Given the organization's current state of self-destruction, Kappa Delta Pi is on track for bankruptcy within the next five years. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
