About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packer to join our production team. This role involves packing food packaging products from one or multiple machines, ensuring consistent quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. If you enjoy teamwork and fast‑paced work, this position may be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and pack product into boxes according to the production schedule
Work as part of a team, assisting other packers and covering multiple machines as needed
Assemble, form, and tape boxes as required
Ensure boxes are properly marked and labeled (pre‑labeling when possible)
Check product quality (damage‑free, properly glued, accurate print)
Load boxes onto conveyors in the correct orientation for taping and palletizing
Report product or equipment issues immediately to a group lead or senior staff
Replenish packaging supplies (tape, boxes, sleeves, labels)
Remove garbage and scrap, placing materials into appropriate bins
Clean ink spills using absorbents and dispose of waste properly
Clear loose cores and plugs from paper rolls
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Follow all food safety and workplace safety policies (SQP standards)
Assist with general housekeeping throughout the shift and end‑of‑shift cleaning tasks
Assist operators with lifting 50 lbs. or more as required

Qualifications:
Hold a valid driver's license (required)
