Bernhard Koehler is the Co-Founder of Fisker Automotive and leads as CEO of European and Mid East Operations. For more than 22 years. Bernhard Koehler held positions as BMW and Designworks USA where he served as Director of New Business Development at Ingeni, Ford Motor Company's design center in London; as Director of Business and Operations for Ford's Global Advanced Design Studio in Irvine California. In 2005, Bernhard co-founded Fisker Coachbuild with Henrik Fisker.

Kevin Zhang is a Chief Technology Officer at Karma Automotive and is based in Irvine, California. He has worked as Global Battery Electric Vehicles - a Chief Engineer at FORD MOTOR CO.

Alan Yuan is a Co-Founder at Lucis Technologies, Principal at Buenavista Renewables, and Chief Revenue Officer at Karma Automotive and is based in Irvine, California. He has worked as Sr. VP and Chief Sales and Marketing officer at Astronergy Solar; Sr. Sales Director, APAC / Deputy General Manager of ISSI-China at INTEGRATED SILICON SOLUTION INC; and Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Solarfun Power Holding.

Achuthan comes to Karma from the Canadian-based Westport Fuel Systems Inc., a global leader in natural gas transportation technologies, where he was CFO and a senior advisor since 2013. In this role, he oversaw all operational finance activities within Westport, including financial management of ongoing business operations as well as investments; financial planning, forecasting and reporting; and developing and tracking key performance metrics. Prior to Westport, Achuthan spent 23 years at Siemens AG in Asia, Europe and North America, where his last position was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He served in similar CFO roles at Cooper Industries Inc., ATC Technology Corp., and Coda Automotive.

Joseph DaMour is an international C-level executive with extensive sales, marketing, manufacturing, and international experience in growth and restructuring settings. He is the senior vice president of finance at McGraw Hill Financial. DaMour’s work experience includes over 20 years at executive level, over 10 years at C-level, and more than 15 years living and working outside the United States in Western Europe, Brazil, and China. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science as well as an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan.

As Chief of Staff, Elley supports Karma’s global expansion plans, corporate structure, and vehicle and technology programs. He is responsible for leading the Office of the CEO and Operations including, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Human Resources, Administration, IT, Legal Compliance and audit, and intellectual property. Elley has in the past also been responsible for Strategy, Business Development, Enterprise Program Management and Planning.
