In 1986, Kasai Group invested in North America by starting M-TEK INC. to support emerging customer needs in the region.

1986: Established an S&E office in Michigan, United StatesA.

1990

1990: Set up Yorii Factory in Yorii-machi, Osato-gun, Saitama.

1991

1991: Capital participation in Yiing Long Car Material Mfg.

1996

1996: Closed Oppama Factory.

1998

1998: Capital participation in YSM Co., Ltd. (current Unipres Mold Corporation).

1999

1999: Set up M-TEK INC. Second Plant in Ohio, United StatesA.

1999: Closed Ashikaga Factory.

1999: The headquarters is moved from Chuo-ku, Tokyo to Samukawa-cho, Koza-gun, Kanagawa.

1999: Capital participation in Koto Plastic Kogyo Co., Ltd. (KPK Co., Ltd.).

2007

2007: Established a S&E office in Ohio, United StatesA.

2007: Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section.

2008

2008: Established SK KOGYO CO., LTD. in Ota City, Gunma.

2014

2014: Capital participation in SHINIL-MEXICANA S.A. DE C.V. in Mexico.

2017

2017: Completed the construction of New Engineering Building in the premise of Samukawa head office.

2019

2019: Established KASAIKOGYO MOROCCO SARL AU in Tangier Exportation Free Zone, Morocco.
