About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to help fuel lead generation and pipeline growth for our Endpoint business across North America (NAM) and Latin America (LATAM). This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing creative and analytical work, and knows how to execute multi-channel campaigns that convert. As part of our global marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with regional sales, digital, and content teams to build and optimize integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. What You'll Do Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, and events to drive qualified leads for the Endpoint sales teams in NAM and LATAM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with regional goals, sales priorities, and overall brand messaging. Build and manage campaign timelines and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, or similar). Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics dashboards-continuously optimizing for conversion and ROI. Identify and test new marketing channels, creative approaches, and campaign tactics to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency. Partner with the sales organization to ensure smooth lead handoff, routing accuracy, and closed-loop feedback. Support localization and regionalization efforts for LATAM campaigns, ensuring cultural and language alignment across materials and experiences. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management (preferably within SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity industries). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) required. Comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and using insights to guide decisions-strong analytical mindset. A creative, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and knows how to juggle competing priorities with confidence and quality. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-able to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams. Bonus: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and familiarity with LATAM marketing nuances.
