Pros was able to grow numerous friendships in such a big company

Cons company being so big they had a code when it came to management, they rather see them succeed over the lower employees

Benefits were the regular nothing special I promised so many things and never got them like a gym membership or a gym on site, also a gas allowance just a tough company overall

They were definitely motivating that’s for sure they were so high up the charts they never really knew what was going on other than the dollar figure

I wish the ceos knew the culture and overall client base better
