Pros of working at KASO Plastics

Working with amazing teamwork and dedication employees and overhead was all superb actually

Ya can't show up late and expect to not get fired after five times

What do you like best about KASO Plastics's CEO and the leadership team?

I think his name is Darren people were scared of his presence although he was just direct and expectations he had them thought he was awesome .

How would you improve KASO Plastics's culture?

Culture it's not about culture it's about teamwork and production with confidence and satisfaction in success at least is what it seemed like to me that was five years ago I'm sure it's gotten better even if you can .

How did you prepare for the KASO Plastics interview?

Went to temp service and was hired after passing the tests and cognitive questions

How does your compensation at KASO Plastics compare to the industry average?

I was happy at tech salary couldn't have started much more than I did at that time .

What's the diversity at KASO Plastics like?

Diverse demographics several capable all colored employees and kind of a stupid question to ask actually

What brings you the most joy at KASO Plastics?

Was definitely the funny employees along with Kyle thomssn he was great to work for sup. Company was pretty good I'd go back to working for them any day
