Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. The Surgical Technologist provides safe and efficient care to the surgical patient under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN) and in collaboration with the surgeon. The Surgical Technologist functions primarily in the scrub role and is responsible for selecting, preparing, and maintaining instrumentation, equipment, and supplies. The Surgical Technologist possesses knowledge in the application of sterile and aseptic technique and is able to adapt to unpredictable situations within the perioperative setting. Holds a master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and has less than 4,000 hours post-master's experience in the treatment of mental illness.
