Position Summary KSM's Marketing & Growth team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support business development efforts across assigned industries and service lines. The marketing & growth associate plays a key supporting role in bringing these strategies to life. This position is ideal for an early-career professional and offers hands-on experience in multiple facets of marketing, from campaign coordination and content creation to events and client engagement initiatives that support the firm's overall growth goals. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and growth programs that align with industry and/or service line goals and objectives Support collaboration with internal teams and/or outsourced marketing resources to deliver high-quality content, creative assets, web updates, digital marketing, proposals and sales enablement tools, and communications that support growth strategies Help coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels to generate leads or enhance brand presence, monitoring progress and assisting with performance tracking and reporting Provide support in managing sponsorships and relationships with key associations, including scheduling, coordination, and tracking ROI to inform future recommendations Assist in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, including association-sponsored and firm-hosted events, by coordinating logistics, materials, registration, and follow-up activities Conduct research on industries, clients, competitors, and market trends to support marketing and business development initiatives Partner with the marketing & growth advisor to prepare reports, presentations, and summaries that highlight campaign outcomes, event metrics, and recommendations for improvement Requirements/Qualifications 1-3 years of marketing and/or business development support experience, preferably within professional services or B2B environments Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Excellent project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment Flexibility and adaptability Forward-thinking and open to leveraging digital and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency and quality Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop) a plus Ability to work extended hours as needed We are an equal opportunity employer. Optimize Databricks compute and storage performance, applying cost and performance best practices. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align data architecture decisions with firm-wide analytics and AI strategy. Evaluate emerging technologies in data platforms, AI integration, and cloud infrastructure to guide KSM's data evolution. Requirements/Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data design. Proven experience designing Databricks or other modern lakehouse architectures Deep expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and governance frameworks Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns, including medallion architecture, data mesh, and real-time streaming. Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, or similar). Experience implementing CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for data platforms using Terraform Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI/analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams to deliver measurable results. Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Responsibilities: Provide tax compliance and advisory services to High-Net-Worth Individuals, multi-state fillings, and complex tax matters Maintains contact with clients throughout the year; possesses thorough knowledge of the client and all facets of client's business. Plans, schedules and staffs engagements using firm policies and procedures. Supervises staff and provides on-the-job training; reviews tax returns and related work papers prepared by staff including performance evaluations. Anticipates problem areas of engagement and develops procedures to address those problem areas; keeps supervisors informed of important developments and recommends solutions. Communicates progress of engagements, problems and resolutions to client through written and oral correspondences. Prepares invoices to clients, communicates details of fees to clients and assists in collection of overdue accounts. Maintains knowledge of general economic and political trends of possible tax or other legislation that could affect the business climate. Performs supervisory reviews of all tax returns and governmental tax examinations of complexity. Assumes tax preparation responsibility for the more complex business returns. Requirements/Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience in accounting and tax, demonstrating a progression in complexity, scope and number of engagements managed. Must be a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Bachelors or Master's degree in accounting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Client (internal and external) service oriented Creative and persistent problem solver Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information Flexible and adaptable Ability to coordinate and maintain follow-up on a number of projects simultaneously Ability to prioritize changing workloads Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and be resourceful We are an equal opportunity employer.
