Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
Taking and defending depositions
Participating in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials
Qualifications:
JD degree with excellent academic credentials
Admitted to the California bar
3+ years of experience handling employment litigation matters, including but not limited to employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour disputes, and traditional labor law matters
Experience handling employment litigation in federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions
Experience handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies
Experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations
Exceptional writing, research, oral and written communication skills

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000
