Working closely with the key client stakeholders, this person ensures a smooth integration of our hardware and software solutions into clinical workflows while supporting sales efforts through product demonstrations and client education as well as feedback to the product team The ideal candidate is adaptable and comfortable with frequent travel and collaboration across OneRoom departments and with client teams. Essential Job Functions: Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for clinical staff and sales partners. Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, video tutorials and workflow documentation. Serve as a subject matter expert on company hardware and software, demonstrating practical applications in clinical environments. Collaborate with the key medical staff to continuously improve training content and identify workflow optimization opportunities. Partner with the sales team to support product demonstrations and customer onboarding. Provide ongoing education and troubleshooting support for clients post-implementation. Gather feedback from clinical users to inform product improvements and training updates. Help define and evolve the scope of the Clinical Training function, identifying opportunities to expand its impact, improve processes and shape the long-term direction of the role. Understand the set-up and configuration of wall-mounted screens, audiovisual and network equipment Assist with testing functionality to ensure power, signal, and quality. Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Complete complex hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, IT, Computer Science, or related field Experience: Experience in clinical education, training or sales support role within the healthcare or medical device or tech industry. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and technology adoption in healthcare settings. Experience developing educational materials, such as manuals, videos or e-learning modules. Experience implementing and configuring med tech solutions. Experience in diagnosing, documenting and troubleshooting issues spanning multiple technologies is an asset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a start-up and fast-paced environment Registered Nurse (RN) qualification Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Highly adaptable and self-directed with a collaborative, people-first mindset Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable with extensive travel Why this Role?
