Title: Store Manager

Reporting to this Position: Assistant Store Manager, Jewelry Consultant, Sales Support and Inventory Control
Position Summary:
Reporting to the District Manager (DM), the Store Manager (SM) will lead the day-to-day operations of a single store to achieve all sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team member growth and development to maximize the results of the store. Through personal selling, leadership, and coaching, the SM will champion a People First store environment that promotes diversity and inclusion, the development of life-time relationships with customers and the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience.
Vision and Purpose:
Communicates performance expectations and ensures all team members understand the impact of their performance on company success. Coaches and develops the store staff to instill understanding of brand image and to ensure consistent representation of the brand in customer interactions and execution of store visuals and marketing. Position Qualifications:

A person in this position maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures, structural components and engines of complex to extreme difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components, and applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies technical expertise in restoring equipment condition and operation. This worker also applies professional technical expertise and guidance to solve complex problems by interpreting technical data such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals. Work typically requires a thoroughly comprehensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting/repair procedures and replacement of components, a thorough knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modification and repair and the ability to determine functionality of non-complex electrical systems. A detailed knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, cable tensiometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers, etc. is required. Must possess the experience and ability to provide technical support to structural/mechanical engineers and customers alike, must possess excellent organizational skills in prioritizing workload to meet aircraft delivery schedule. This worker will be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records, and is responsible for providing guidance and technical expertise to lower level technicians throughout all aircraft modifications and/or maintenance efforts.

* Apply professional technical expertise and guidance to solve complex problems by interpreting technical data such as blueprints or manufacturers manuals / specifications.
* Performs corrosion control, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, and other tasks as deemed necessary.
* Provides guidance and technical expertise to lower level technicians throughout all aircraft maintenance, inspection and/or modification efforts.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
* FAA Airframe and Power Plant License.
* 20 years' experience and 15 years' experience supporting C-130 aircraft.
* Ability to troubleshoot, isolate problems and repair all C-130 aircraft mechanical, electrical, engine and propeller systems.
* Experience on C-130 aircraft in the structural repair, fabrication, modification and installation of sheet metal parts, items, and assemblies.
* 8 years experience with the application and use of technical data and blueprints.
* Familiarity with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) or equivalent.
* CDQAR for Airframes, Power Plants, and Electrical Systems.
* APU/Engine Low Power/Engine Full Power Operator.

* Licensed Forklift Operator
* A minimum of 3 years of documented aircraft supervisory experience.
Basic Qualifications:

* Must have DOD SECRET clearance and be able to obtain Common Access Card (CAC).

This mechanic maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components, applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation, and applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals. Must have a thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts, requires broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair, must have basic knowledge of electrical theory, must have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers. * Performs duties as Airframe & Power Plant Mechanic on C-130 aircraft.

* Maintain and supervise the repairs C-130 aircraft systems and components including, but not limited to T-56 engines, 54H60-77 propellers, auxiliary power units, flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, oxygen and mechanical components.
* Apply professional technical expertise and guidance to solve complex problems by interpreting technical data such as blueprints or manufacturers manuals / specifications.
* Performs corrosion control, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, and other tasks as deemed necessary.
* Provides guidance and technical expertise to lower level technicians throughout all aircraft maintenance, inspection and/or modification efforts.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
* FAA Airframe and Power Plant License.
* 10 years' experience and 7 years' experience supporting C-130 aircraft.
* Ability to troubleshoot, isolate problems and repair all C-130 aircraft mechanical, electrical, engine and propeller systems.
* Experience on C-130 aircraft in the structural repair, fabrication, modification and installation of sheet metal parts, items, and assemblies.
* 8 years experience with the application and use of technical data and blueprints.
* Familiarity with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) or equivalent.
* CDQAR for Airframes, Power Plants, and Electrical Systems.
* APU/Engine Low Power/Engine Full Power Operator.
* Vibration Analysis Operator / Interpreter

* A minimum of 3 years of documented aircraft supervisory experience.
Basic Qualifications:

* Must have DOD SECRET clearance and be able to obtain Common Access Card (CAC).

At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Base pay, $16.50 - $21.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
