Pros of working at KB Home
Large company, too big to fail. Each division is treated as its own company.
Cons of working at KB Home
Company is so large you’re just a number. Divisional management is lacking leadership and people management. Don’t treat employees well. They preach customer service but it all just lip service. They don’t care about people.
