Your Responsibilities on the Team
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly Division reports due to region and corporate as required.
Act as primary Backup to Land Controller for land accounts payable
Match receipts, coding invoices for P-Card and posting to General Ledger.

Ensure compliance with internal control, SOX and regional and corporate policy compliance.
Contribute as requested by Controller and Assistant Controller with month end close process and ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate deadlines.
SOP and Price Change request completion and submission as requested by Division Controller and Assistant Controller
Complete Quarterly submission of balance sheet package.
Act as a back-up to Assistant Controller when needed in projects such as Quarterly Warranty spending review schedule, New Community setup and maintenance in JDE, and review and processing of legal bills in Serengeti.
Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
* Draft sketches, piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), plans, sections and details, drawings, equipment layout, and design/model in 3D for power plant systems which could include: steam cycle systems, boiler feed and condensate, water treatment, fuel handling, hydraulic, heat transfer systems, conveying systems, rotating equipment (generators) systems, and Balance of plant systems (compressed air and gas systems, service water, HVAC). Designs include equipment layout and complete mechanical systems, including checking interferences and constructability.

* Experience utilizing 3D programs such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SmartPlant3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Autodesk, Open Plant or similar programs as well as knowledge and experience using latest computer operating systems and office software. Able to utilize software to check for interferences and constructability in designs.
* Must have experience conceptualizing designs/models in a 2D/3D environment designing similar mechanical systems and equipment as outlined above. Experience designing and modeling piping and equipment layouts in the Power market (power generation - thermal, hydroelectric, wind/solar, geothermal) highly desired but will consider candidates with strong mechanical design skills in other Industrial processing markets, or Oil and Gas/Chemical plants. Oversee the receipt of a file from a Loan Officer through Final Approval
Review the file for correct stacking order, AU findings for initial determination, and appropriate documentation. Input any changes into the computer systems and re-run for a correct AU determination. Provide the status of a file to all parties
Submit all files to a DHI Underwriter at your Regional Underwriting Center, and review conditions when received from underwriting. When all conditions are received, make any changes necessary to the computer system and resubmit to the AU system

Location
This position will be located in one of our area offices and/or on one of our project sites in Ohio, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, Kansas or Texas.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a diverse team to estimate, schedule, and build mechanical, electrical, and heavy industrial construction projects
* Support both administrative and field operations, including reviewing proposals, specifications, and drawings; performing material takeoffs; and preparing cost estimates
* Attend pre-bid meetings and assist with subcontractor supervision and vendor coordination
* Prepare work plans, manage quality control, track costs and materials, schedule equipment, and administer safety programs
* Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to project success from planning through execution
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
* Knowledge of construction safety and current federal/OSHA requirements
* Ability to read and interpret project specifications and engineering drawings
* Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SurvTrak, Hard Dollar, Revit, SAP, Prolog, and/or Primavera P6 is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
* High motivation and a strong work ethic; willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to access all areas of a construction site in varying climates and environments
* Active driver's license required
* Willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed

**Responsibilities**
- Manage staff and activities for multiple projects and develop staffing plans and schedules to meet the delivery schedule and task requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of Kiewit engineers and designers and ensure they are prepared to execute and deliver project scope activities.
- Manage the design team to ensure the scope is met while producing quality deliverables within the required schedule, managing risk/change and the project budget while balancing impacts for the overall success of Kiewit.
- Presents ideas in persuasive and compelling ways; gains support and buy-in without demanding it; influences others to desired course of action.
- Facilitate work planning activities, oversee man-hour development, quality management, and risk/change management.
- Ensure that project controls measures are implemented. Conduct periodic project reviews to oversee and facilitate successful project delivery performance.
- Develop action plans with timelines in order to implement strategy; involve others in the process, incorporating best ideas into the plan and gaining buy-in through effective communication.
- Interface and maintain relationships with the Owner, and design partners.
- Mentor and develop technical capabilities of design staff.
**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of industry experience
- PE strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR similar type experience in a related position that provides knowledge and experience required for this position
- Prior experience serving as Project Manager, Design Manager, or Engineering Manager, where responsibilities include engineering, estimating, contracts management and client relations
- Knowledge of engineering and construction standards and processes including scheduling, contracts, coordinating and managing all disciplines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities
* Act as a lead or support engineer on a multitude of pursuits and projects providing front line technical issue solutions associated with design, construction, equipment and/or operations of SCADA system replacement/upgrades and other I&C projects for power projects.
* Evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria for projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.
* Incorporate the requirements of contract and customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs), professional service agreements, or other contractual requirements ensuring the projects meet or exceed project goals.
* Contribute to the development of client proposals and project cost estimates. Lead cost, feasibility and planning studies, analyzing customer needs and data including researching, investigate and coordinate with other engineers, and providing recommendations to the customer.
* Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of departmental design and industry standard methods, applicable engineering codes, and Kiewit guidelines to oversee and/or perform the preparation of design calculations, project drawings, and project design specifications.
* Formulate and prepare technical specifications, perform bid evaluations of equipment and construction proposals, develop recommendations for equipment selection and contract award and prepare interface points with construction partners and equipment suppliers.
* Schedule, review, and coordinate design efforts with other project personnel.
* Oversight and/or direct performance of supplier shop drawing review, comment (and subsequent resolution), and approval and perform technical contract administration.
* Mentor and direct the work of entry and mid-level employees for skills development. Review their progress and results. Provide direction and coaching, as needed.
* Coordinate with internal and external partners including cross-discipline, construction, vendors, fabricator(s), and owners to address electrical/I&C-related design concepts, issues, or concerns
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university
* Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred
* At least 5 years' experience in instrumentation and controls engineering and design performing engineering related duties with a minimum of three years in the power generation market
* Familiarity with control system programming concepts
* Experience with SCADA systems and PLC. DCS system experience considered desirable
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
