Stuart J. B. Bradie assumed the role of President and CEO for KBR, Inc. on June 2, 2014. With 30 years of industry experience, he leads KBR from its global headquarters in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Bradie joined KBR from WorleyParsons Ltd., where he held the position of Group Managing Director - Operations and Delivery. In that role, he led the group's global operations across more than 40 countries in the hydrocarbons, mining, chemicals, power and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Bradie joined WorleyParsons in 2001 and was previously Managing Director across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Prior to joining WorleyParsons, Mr. Bradie held Managing Director and Country Manager roles with PT Kvaerner Indonesia and Kvaerner Philippines.

Mr. Bradie has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aberdeen University and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.

Jenni Myles serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She joined KBR in May 2020.

Ms. Myles brings over 30 years of human resources experience to KBR. She is a trusted leader with a reputation for delivering sustainable business results. Ms. Myles held numerous positions of increasing responsibility during her 20-year tenure with G4S, the world's leading integrated security company. She last served as Group HR Director and was a core member of the Group Executive Committee, sharing responsibility for overall business transformation and strategy delivery while establishing a global human resources strategy. This followed several successful years as Chief HR Officer, Americas Region where Ms. Myles directed the people strategy for 135,000 employees in 25 countries. Prior to that role she was G4S's Director of HR & Employee Engagement where she helped shape the global human resources agenda and led execution in emerging markets, while acting as global lead for employee engagement and addressing international labor relations risks. Before her career at G4S, Ms. Myles worked for KPMG, Northern Foods, and Ford Motor Company in various employee relations and human resources management roles.

Ms. Myles holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Location of job other then that it's still enjoyable with a nice drive

Good management at at least the managers that I've had the opportunity to work for. Benefits for medical and dental

What do you like best about KBR's CEO and the leadership team?

I have not had the opportunity to work with the CEO and most of the leadership. But direct supervisors have been enjoyable to work with and very knowledgeable regarding the administrative side

How did you prepare for the KBR interview?

I was contacted by the previous contracting company before working KBR took over the contract for Fort Irwin. I've had a particular set of skills from working in the Marines and very adaptive to work stress and absorbing the guidance to preforming the job

How would you improve KBR's culture?

Currently in a Union so for the culture I don't know how else to improve the company culture other then putting in a vote or comment for recommendations

How does your compensation at KBR compare to the industry average?

I don't have much experience with government contracting, but I would say the wages and 401k contributions have been a great benefit

What brings you the most joy at KBR?

A great supervisor to work for and being able to preform my duties for the company in a safe manner
