Stuart J. B. Bradie assumed the role of President and CEO for KBR, Inc. on June 2, 2014. With 30 years of industry experience, he leads KBR from its global headquarters in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Bradie joined KBR from WorleyParsons Ltd., where he held the position of Group Managing Director - Operations and Delivery. In that role, he led the group's global operations across more than 40 countries in the hydrocarbons, mining, chemicals, power and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Bradie joined WorleyParsons in 2001 and was previously Managing Director across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Prior to joining WorleyParsons, Mr. Bradie held Managing Director and Country Manager roles with PT Kvaerner Indonesia and Kvaerner Philippines.

Mr. Bradie has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aberdeen University and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.

Mr. Bradie joined the KBR Board in August 2014.

Senior Finance Executive with |30 years Fortune 500 public company and private company leadership experience, spanning businesses in government contracting , professional services, and consumer products in international and domestic settings. Currently serving as EVP and CFO of Kellogg, Brown and Root, Inc. (KBR). KBR is a $6 billion provider of science, engineering and technology solutions to governments and companies around the world. Previously, served as independent director for three organizations -- one public, one pre-IPO, and one not-for-profit. Promoted to or recruited to top financial position at four most recent employers, demonstrating leadership, drive, competence and collaboration. Managed prior organization through period of growth from $7 billion to $11 billion, and earlier organization from $250 million to $1.9 billion; each over five-year periods. Led many capital structure transactions; including mergers, a large initial public offering, a large separation/spin-off transaction, a tax-free spin out, numerous debt/equity/convertible offerings, new credit facilities, and debt and equity buyback programs. Directly executed numerous strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations to execute growth and diversification strategies. Led several multi-year profitability improvement programs delivering excellent results. Jenni Myles serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She joined KBR in May 2020.

Ms. Myles brings over 30 years of human resources experience to KBR. She is a trusted leader with a reputation for delivering sustainable business results. Ms. Myles held numerous positions of increasing responsibility during her 20-year tenure with G4S, the world's leading integrated security company. She last served as Group HR Director and was a core member of the Group Executive Committee, sharing responsibility for overall business transformation and strategy delivery while establishing a global human resources strategy. This followed several successful years as Chief HR Officer, Americas Region where Ms. Myles directed the people strategy for 135,000 employees in 25 countries. Prior to that role she was G4S's Director of HR & Employee Engagement where she helped shape the global human resources agenda and led execution in emerging markets, while acting as global lead for employee engagement and addressing international labor relations risks. Before her career at G4S, Ms. Myles worked for KPMG, Northern Foods, and Ford Motor Company in various employee relations and human resources management roles.

Ms. Myles holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
