Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide general systems and logistics support to Government
+ Review and provide input to the logistics planning function
+ Support functions of personnel (government, civilian, military, and contractor) travel for official government business
+ Notify in-country representatives of expected travel, attain country clearances and assist travelers with fulfilling screening requirements and attaining travel advisories

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Inspects crane before operation and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctions. May perform some simple maintenance tasks before
equipment is used. Completes checklist and monthly crane inspections reports required by OSHA & ANSI B30.5.
Calculates weights of items to be moved and checks capacity of crane to ensure that the load meets manufacturer's specifications.
Checks clearances, overhead lines, or any obstructions to avoid any potential for accidents or damage to personnel, building, load, or equipment.
Locates and sets crane in required area. Checks ground for adequate ground pressure. If required will use proper mat. Must review permit and make sure crane is
level.
Operates equipment in response to hand or audio signals from other crew members. Will sometimes work in cooperation with another crane as a team effort.
Obeys all safety guidelines--federal, state and company imposed -- for inspection, operation, leaving crane unattended, erecting and dismantling.
Cleans and maintains crane and hoisting mechanisms.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Five or more years of on-the-job experience or combination of experience and completion of three- year apprenticeship program for mobile crane operators or other education programs.

JOB SUMMARY: Performs duties of Quality Assurance Specialist, quality assurance inspections and NDT on board ships during ship repair operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs quality assurance audits or checks on the work of welders, fitters and pipefitters, assuring the use of correct procedures, materials, processes, and technical instructions. Conducts inspections of work areas and other general QA inspections (checkpoints).
Performs non-destructive inspections on all components as required by NAVSEA specifications, blueprints and work procedure requirements to include NDT inspections for piping and structural fit-up and final weld including but not limited to 5X visual, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle and ultrasonic inspections as needed.
Attends production meetings as necessary to keep up-to-date on job progress and works with shop superintendents to resolve problems and possible negative workmanship trends. Keeps MHI NDT Examiner and Project Managers informed.
Observe sub-contractor NDT inspections and reviews sub-contractor welding and NDT procedures for compliance prior to submission for MARMC.
Records, organizes and evaluates test results and generates NDT and QA inspection reports.
Maintains equipment and assures calibration for tests to be performed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedules, calls in and conducts preliminary and final "G" point NDT checkpoints.
Provides OJT for other Quality Assurance personnel.
Assists NDT Level III as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Two years related technical experience.
Complete all requirements of Quality Assurance Specialist.
ASNT Certification preferred but not required.
Must have documentation to support requirements have been met to achieved VT, PT, UT and MT NDT requirements. Must have met requirements for Level II in at least 3 testing techniques.
Knowledge of shipboard structures and systems required. One year NDT experience in ship repair industry preferred.
Proficient in blueprint reading/interpretation, and QA systems
Knowledge of welding process and documented Ultrasonic experience a plus.
Must have the ability to operate or learn to use magnetic yokes, ultrasonic equipment, magnifiers, machinist's rules, Bridge Cam and fillet gauges.

KBR is seeking a Performance Expert to help strengthen the physical and psychological health, resilience and performance of Soldiers, Unit Leaders, Families, and DA Civilians located at Army Installations. The Resilience Training/Ready and Resilient Performance Center Program purpose is to provide specialists focused on optimizing mental and physical health and to provide and sustain the effort of existing Army training and education programs across Army installations. The work provides support for the purpose of increasing the physical and psychological health, resilience, and performance of Soldiers, Families, Department of the Defense personnel, United States (US) Government Agencies, and Allied Forces (ROTC) Cadets, and Department of the Army Civilians (DAC).
The Performance Expert will be responsible for:
+ Master Resilience Trainers shall instruct individuals in holistic approaches to strength and conditioning and resilience so that they can help ensure durability. Certified Performance Experts conduct training intake/registration to include initial unit contact, observation, and development of training plan, provide all preparations for the training event to include conducting research, tailoring course material, producing all course material and distributing course material to all training attendees, and shall facilitate the training event, grade student course materials, and document student grades in required databases.
+ Performance Experts will assess training impact by distributing surveys at the close of each training activity, provide survey results and summarize training activities in an After-Action Review (AAR) for every training session conducted, and will provide the AAR to leadership for all courses conducted within five workdays of training session completion, as well as a quarterly report with analyses of all data. Performance Experts will maintain records of trainings and observe instructors providing training and provide feedback on delivery of training. All Performance Experts will complete initial instructor certifications to ensure effective delivery.
+ Performance Experts' instruction will be geared toward the application of resilience and performance enhancement, how the training ties directly into unit missions, and how to incorporate resilience and performance enhancement into higher level guidance and training. Training will include concepts and skill building to build professional climates founded on mutual trust and cohesive teams, empower Leaders to apply proven communication and fundamental counseling skills that support the organization's doctrine for developmental counseling and evaluations, develop critical thinking, knowledge, and skills to overcome challenges and to bounce back from adversity. Training will focus on teaching participants the practical application of resilience training, resilience and performance enhancement skills, leadership training, and similar skills. Performance Experts shall work as part of a team and provide participants with the resilience and performance knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully complete required trainings, general education in human performance along with personalized training on how to acquire and apply specific mental skills and techniques that cultivate mental and emotional strength. Performance Experts provide tailored educational programs and workshops to help personnel living and working in demanding environments achieve success and accomplish personal, professional, and family goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
+ Education: Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology.
+ Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel.
+ Thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
+ Prior to performing PE tasks, PEs shall be evaluated and certified to ensure PE's can effectively deliver lessons.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

What You'll Do

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review work specifications, material status reports, and manpower budgets as they are developed assuring all contract milestones are met and that this essential information is being properly addressed throughout the company.
With the assigned Project Manager, develop project production strategy and schedule, that facilitates a successful completion of all milestones and contractual dates.
Works with other departments within the company and subcontractors to ensure that the specifications are understood, work is planned and estimates are submitted and processed in a timely fashion to meet project milestones.
As assigned by the Project Manager, serves as point of contact with our customers, meets with them to establish project milestones and discuss progress, quality, or other performance related issues.
Chairs production meetings assigned by the Project Manager, related to the Project during execution.
Monitor project cost and schedule performance for assigned project tasks weekly, ensuring that budgets, cost, progress and projections are consistent with actual on-site productivity observations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of Ship Repair related experience in a supervisory or management capacity is preferred.

Fluent in work specification interpretation and NAVSEA Standard Items.
Must have ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Supervises the activities of the Electrical Department personnel directly or indirectly and maximizes efficiency and productivity of supervisors and production workers. Assigns Leadspersons to available jobs. Responsible for resolving issues with regard to day-to-day operations.
2. Confers with Production Manager, other Superintendents and subcontractors to coordinate work schedules and prioritize work. Estimates work ensuring proper workflow.
3. Ensures that machinery and equipment are properly maintained for efficient production and eliminates wasteful practices within the department. Responsible for identifying improved methods, and efficient and economical utilization of materials. Orders new equipment and material as needed for ongoing jobs.
4.Conducts ship checks to ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices and on time performance. Writes procedures for Electrical Department and training outlines.
5. Maintains good employee relations practices within his department and takes corrective action as required.
6. Recommends the hiring and release of Electrical personnel as required to maintain production schedule.
7. Establishes accountabilities and goals used for performance evaluation and conducts training.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Keeps records of departmental activities as required.
2. May use hand tools and instruments associated with the trade.
