The Contractor Quality Program Manager will address activities necessary for successful execution of Space Force Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) by applying knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for contract execution and through the implementation of company policies; determination of program or contract objectives; implementation of program or contract quality management policies, processes, and procedures; ensuring compliance with the corporate quality policy.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to the Contractor Program Manager.
Establishes and documents a formal Quality Program Plan.
Works across all teams; operations, development, engineering, logistics, and test teams.
Conduct audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards, regulations, and internal procedures.
Completes timely and effective corrective actions for all deficiencies identified by the contractor or by the government.
Maintain records of all audits, inspections, and tests to support the compliance of the requirements and effective operation of the quality program.
Reviews documentation, processes, and products to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
Reviews and resolves all issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction with legal requirements, company and customer objectives.
Supports contract transition.
Performs other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree and 8+ years of experience.
Employs knowledge of applicable industry standards such as; ISO/TS 9001, 14001, 16949; Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), High Performance Green Cleaning, Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OS HA); ISO 14000 Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
Citizenship and Clearance:
US Citizen.
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Technical Knowledge:
Implements and has total knowledge of quality management systems and auditing techniques.
Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including specialized inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, quality tools for problem solving and assessment.
Provides recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Identifies the root cause of all deficiencies, institute effective corrective actions, and aggressively pursue continuous process improvements.

This range is for the CO area only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.

The Logistics Support Manager will address activities necessary for successful execution of a Space Force Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) through the implementation of the Joint Logistics Support Plans (JLSPs) and Logistics Support Plans (LSPs) by providing effective management of property management, supply disciplines, and logistical support processes and personnel. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary POC and SME for logistics decisions, planned modifications, recommendations and requirements.
Reports to the PM.
Develop and implement logistics plans to oversee and manage the life cycle of a product affecting production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to provide effective management of property management, secure storage, supply disciplines, and logistical support processes and personnel.
Provide technical information and logistical support for other contractors, subcontractors, or Government agencies in support of upgrades, projects and other efforts impacting contract requirements and installation/site operations.
Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external customers.
Provide costs for all supplies, parts and materials needed to perform preventive and routine maintenance in accordance with (IAW) the PWS and stated standards that are not available through the Enterprise Solution-Supply.
Monitor Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) program, ships faulty equipment back to vendors, track repairs, and report status.
Conduct physical inventories and validate record computations against physical inventory and reconcile errors in computation or count.
Monitor program schedules to support timely shipments and adherence to program requirements per the Contract.
Prepare/approve reports and documents in compliance with government procedures and requirements.
Supports contract transition.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree and 8+ years of Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
Citizenship and Clearance:

Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI is required.
Technical Knowledge:

+ Coordinate training programs with the HP staff to ensure a safe and expeditious return to training of SOF personnel recovering from injury.
+ Refer all personnel with an apparent new or undiagnosed medical condition to a medical provider for evaluation and treatment.
+ Communicate and collaborate with sports medicine professionals and/or bridge coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from rehabilitation to performance based activities. Will also collaborate with mental performance and performance nutrition to ensure a holistic approach to human performance.
+ Assist the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator in developing facility standard operating procedures, guidelines, and training protocols including the safe use of strength and conditioning equipment.
+ Participate in periodic meetings to review and evaluate physical training programs and identify opportunities for improvement. If a meeting occurs outside of regular working hours-unable to attend a meeting, the SCS is responsible for reviewing the information disseminated in meetings.
+ Participate in periodic in-service training for members of the HP staff and/or POTFF staff as appropriate.
+ Attend required training in accordance with guiding instructions. Commands will allow attendance at the necessary conferences or courses to complete the continuing education units required to maintain professional certifications.
+ Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records of utilization, workload, conducting or participating in education programs, and participating in clinical staff quality assurance functions.
+ Develop and promulgate training materials as requested and required by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator.
+ Assist with supply inventories and provide input regarding supply needs for the HP program.
+ Proficiently utilize computers, software, and technologies as required and requested by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and required by USSOCOM HQ and its POTFF staff.

The qualified applicant will support the Space Warfighting Analysis Center's (SWAC) Force Design Integration Office (FDIO) in Colorado Springs, CO, with an expectation of limited travel based on emerging priorities. The applicant will conduct technical analysis to assess, document, communicate air, land, and sea warfighter dependencies on space architectures and operations through advanced modeling and simulation. Candidate will collaborate with SWAC Program subject matter experts, conduct independent analysis and modeling, to ensure effective representation of dependencies in modeling software and simulation engines.
Additionally, the candidate will collaborate on analysis conducted across the US Space Force and supporting partners. The applicant must have a technical depth and breadth of space capabilities and systems engineering with an understanding of complex analysis and industry capabilities and best practices. The applicant(s) must also have extensive MS&A experience. The candidate will actively coordinate with SWAC model and simulation experts across the USG and have or develop robust familiarity with SWAC and USSF M&S tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine future warfighting concepts and mission areas to assess and document (Adversary and/or Joint) interdependencies for the purpose of enabling model-based system engineering.
Develop dependency models compatible with digital engineering software and consistent with community best practices.
Enhance SWAC Program and Integration Layer analysis.
Interface with SWAC Program technical experts and DoD analytic partners.
Articulate technical space system design recommendations and trade space decisions based on warfighting impact.
Support high-visibility space-based capability studies.
Understand complex technical issues and produce recommendations for a wide audience.
Apply critical thinking in complex and dynamic organizational environments.
Have strong communication skills (technical writing, developing presentations, briefing, etc).

Candidate will collaborate with SWAC Program subject matter experts, conduct independent analysis and modeling, to ensure effective representation of dependencies in modeling software and simulation engines.
Additionally, the candidate will collaborate on analysis conducted across the US Space Force and supporting partners. The applicant must have a technical depth and breadth of space capabilities and systems engineering with an understanding of complex analysis and industry capabilities and best practices. The applicant(s) must also have extensive MS&A experience. The candidate will actively coordinate with SWAC model and simulation experts across the USG and have or develop robust familiarity with SWAC and USSF M&S tools.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Examine future warfighting concepts and mission areas to assess and document (Adversary and/or Joint) interdependencies for the purpose of enabling model-based system engineering.
+ Develop dependency models compatible with digital engineering software and consistent with community best practices.
+ Enhance SWAC Program and Integration Layer analysis.
+ Interface with SWAC Program technical experts and DoD analytic partners.
+ Articulate technical space system design recommendations and trade space decisions based on warfighting impact.
+ Support high-visibility space-based capability studies.
+ Understand complex technical issues and produce recommendations for a wide audience.
+ Apply critical thinking in complex and dynamic organizational environments.
+ Have strong communication skills (technical writing, developing presentations, briefing, etc).
Qualifications:
Required:
+ An active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility is required to be considered for this job, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
+ STEM Bachelor's Degree (STEM Master's Degree desired).
+ Strong technical background.
+ 10+ years space operations or space acquisition experience.
+ Experience with space design and/or architecture development including satellite ground systems.
+ Experience with and knowledge of DoD, IC, and commercial satellite systems.

Job Summary
The SATCOM System Integrator/Maintainer is responsible for preparation, development, and implementation of hardware and software-based systems, supporting integration, and development tests. The SATCOM System Integrator/Maintainer will support development, prototyping and demonstration at various CONUS and OCONUS sites. Will provide input and support to provide briefings on the status of events or portions of the overall program.
Roles and Responsibilities
· SATCOM Systems Expertise - Provide on-site technical expertise for SATCOM systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in both CONUS and OCONUS environments.
· RF Measurements and Test Equipment Utilization - Conduct RF measurements and operate various test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators, to assess and optimize system performance.
