Job Summary: The Engineering and Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager reports to the Air Force Acquisition Operating Unit (AFA OU) Senior Director. The Manager leads a portfolio providing high-level engineering and cybersecurity support to various system program offices in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. The portfolio generates approximately $30M in annual revenue and is comprised of a team of around 100 employees located primarily in Dayton, OH (WP AFB) and Boston, MA (Hanscom AFB). The manager sets goals, conducts business development activities to secure new projects, manages and executes projects, enforces policies, and oversees costs and financial activities. The position requires business acumen, leadership ability, customer relationship expertise, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities. Specific Responsibilities: Oversee cost, schedule, performance execution for multiple projects to maximize value to existing customers. Manage profit and loss, staffing, resource allocation and take measures to improve performance for the group. Leads AFA OU Digital Materiel Management (DMM) team to develop innovative digital transformation solutions and grow DMM projects. Develop and execute growth plans to increase customer base, revenue, and profitability based upon customer needs, market conditions, resource availability, and AFA OU objectives. Job Summary: KBR is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler. The successful candidate will assist and support the Tanker Division (AFLCMC/WLY) located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in the development and delivery of schedule analysis support to USAF aircraft platforms program office, specifically for the Tanker Directorate. Potential for hybrid, position requires candidates to be in the local area of Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Role and Responsibilities: Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the government customer, integrating multiple IMS's, performing schedule risks analysis, building projections of schedule outcomes, and developing reports or presentations. Provide schedule-related support to assigned Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by attending recurring program meetings Providing reports to key program stakeholders on IMS health and construction, contractor schedule performance, and projections of schedule outcomes Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), design reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) Communicate all findings to management through briefings, written reports, and verbal communication Work with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate activities and milestones into schedule models Employ integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across several functional disciplines Perform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering program information; conducting analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; establishing and maintaining schedule model databases Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 15+ years of program management experience Minimum of 6 years of scheduling experience 6+ years of experience using MS Project Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain secret clearance. Desired Qualifications: USAF Aircraft program experience is desired. Staff experience is highly desired. Recent experience in system program offices is desired. Knowledge in writing and responding to Federal and DoD Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Previous government contracting industry experience highly desired Experience with Microsoft PowerBI Top Secret Clearance Ready to Make a Difference?
