KBR is seeking a Performance Expert to help strengthen the physical and psychological health, resilience and performance of Soldiers, Unit Leaders, Families, and DA Civilians located at Army Installations. The Resilience Training/Ready and Resilient Performance Center Program purpose is to provide specialists focused on optimizing mental and physical health and to provide and sustain the effort of existing Army training and education programs across Army installations. The work provides support for the purpose of increasing the physical and psychological health, resilience, and performance of Soldiers, Families, Department of the Defense personnel, United States (US) Government Agencies, and Allied Forces (ROTC) Cadets, and Department of the Army Civilians (DAC).
The Performance Expert will be responsible for:
Master Resilience Trainers shall instruct individuals in holistic approaches to strength and conditioning and resilience so that they can help ensure durability. Certified Performance Experts conduct training intake/registration to include initial unit contact, observation, and development of training plan, provide all preparations for the training event to include conducting research, tailoring course material, producing all course material and distributing course material to all training attendees, and shall facilitate the training event, grade student course materials, and document student grades in required databases.
Performance Experts will assess training impact by distributing surveys at the close of each training activity, provide survey results and summarize training activities in an After-Action Review (AAR) for every training session conducted, and will provide the AAR to leadership for all courses conducted within five workdays of training session completion, as well as a quarterly report with analyses of all data. Performance Experts will maintain records of trainings and observe instructors providing training and provide feedback on delivery of training. All Performance Experts will complete initial instructor certifications to ensure effective delivery.
Performance Experts' instruction will be geared toward the application of resilience and performance enhancement, how the training ties directly into unit missions, and how to incorporate resilience and performance enhancement into higher level guidance and training. Training will include concepts and skill building to build professional climates founded on mutual trust and cohesive teams, empower Leaders to apply proven communication and fundamental counseling skills that support the organization's doctrine for developmental counseling and evaluations, develop critical thinking, knowledge, and skills to overcome challenges and to bounce back from adversity. Training will focus on teaching participants the practical application of resilience training, resilience and performance enhancement skills, leadership training, and similar skills. Performance Experts shall work as part of a team and provide participants with the resilience and performance knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully complete required trainings, general education in human performance along with personalized training on how to acquire and apply specific mental skills and techniques that cultivate mental and emotional strength. Performance Experts provide tailored educational programs and workshops to help personnel living and working in demanding environments achieve success and accomplish personal, professional, and family goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education: Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology.
Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel.
Thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
Prior to performing PE tasks, PEs shall be evaluated and certified to ensure PE's can effectively deliver lessons.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Certifications or memberships within a professional association related to their field of study such as the Association for Applied Sports Psychology (AASP), Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) or American Board of Sport Psychology (ABSP), or able to obtain in a year of hire

Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and dissemination of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and other financial communications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate messaging.
Assist in planning and executing earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and other IR events to strengthen engagement with the investment community.
Monitor and analyze market trends, peer company performance, and investor sentiment, providing insights that inform IR strategy and executive decision-making.
Maintain and update IR materials, including fact sheets, FAQs, and website content, to ensure transparency and consistency for shareholders and analysts.
Respond to inquiries from investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, reinforcing KBR's credibility and thought leadership.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in investor relations at a public company, with demonstrated understanding of capital markets and public company financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of SEC filings, regulatory requirements, and disclosure processes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to investors and senior management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with IR platforms is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Extensive guidelines are available; however, the contractor must use judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate guideline for application to the work situation at hand. Unusual matters, which may not be specifically covered by policy statements or published regulations, shall be referred to the Government supervisor.
+ Observe patients to detect behavior patterns and reports observations to licensed behavioral health staff.
+ Lead prescribed individual or group therapy sessions as part of specific therapeutic procedures under the guidance of a licensed mental health professional.
+ As needed, complete initial intake interviews and complete required forms for new patients on behalf of the licensed mental health provider.
+ Collect and maintain monthly statistical data assigned work place .

+ Duties also involve assisting or independently gathering data for various presentations such as process improvements initiatives, longitudinal statistical tracking, hospitalizations, and discharges. Manipulates data and presents it using off the shelf software applications. Provide information via telephone and in person to the members of the Command, the professional staff, civilian and military personnel in response to inquiries regarding appointments.
+ Interface frequently with the Command's family support organizations.
+ Maintain competency folders in accordance with program policy.
+ Coordinate attendance and agenda at Case Review Committee with military and civilian agencies.

Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
+ Must be a US Citizen.
+ This position requires a Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a clearance.
+ An associate degree or commensurate level of training, e.g. military mental health technician, for a psychiatric technician or mental health program assistant. Education requirement may be met by military or comparable training. If military trained, the individual's specialty must be as a mental health technician / specialist.
+ The contractor shall have no less than 3 years' experience as a psychiatric technician.
+ Must attend psychiatric technicians' training which will provide a sound foundation / basis to psychology and/or social work to ensure the tech is prepared for the types of individuals and potential illnesses that they will likely deal with. This training shall also address the basics of conflict management, how to de-escalate crisis situations and individuals who are agitated, violent or potentially violent and/or suicidal.
+ Must attend training to learn how to intervene and, when required, to restrain violent or potentially violent or suicidal patients by verbal or physical means.
+ Must maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac L ife Support ( BCLS ) by the American Heart Association; m ust provide front and back proof of all training/certs/documentation.

**Job Summary:**
At Strike our Pipeline Estimators play a key role in supporting our West Texas operations where we design, build, and maintain critical oil and gas infrastructure across the region. The Pipeline Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for pipeline, facility, and integrity projects, from concept through execution. This role ensures competitive and profitable bids that reflect Strike's field expertise, safety standards, and operational excellence. The Estimator works closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and field operations teams to develop comprehensive cost models and proposals that drive our success in the energy infrastructure market.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ **Develop Complete Pipeline Estimates:** Prepare detailed cost estimates for oil and gas pipeline construction, gathering systems, facility tie-ins, compressor stations, and pipeline integrity work specific to Strike's West Texas business unit.
+ **Pre-Bid & Client Interface:** Attend client pre-bid meetings, review RFQs, technical drawings, and project scopes. Conduct site visits to evaluate field conditions and gather data impacting project cost and schedule.
+ **Cost Modeling:** Utilize Strike's approved estimating tools, databases, and historical data to build competitive bids that include direct labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor, and indirect costs.
+ **Collaboration with Operations:** Work closely with West Texas project managers and field leadership to validate assumptions, resource requirements, and production rates reflective of Strike's actual field capabilities.
+ **Bid Strategy Development:** Assist in developing bid strategies aligned with Strike's operational strengths and client expectations, ensuring accuracy and margin protection.
+ **Estimate Review & Presentation:** Participate in estimate reviews with leadership, presenting detailed cost breakdowns and justifications.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Maintain and update Strike's cost history database, productivity metrics, and material pricing for ongoing accuracy.
+ **Project Handover:** Support project transitions by communicating estimate assumptions, resource allocations, and scope details to operations teams.
+ **Market Knowledge:** Stay informed of regional market conditions, competitor pricing, and West Texas labor and material trends.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
+ 5+ years of experience estimating pipeline construction or facility projects within the oil and gas industry.
+ Strong knowledge of pipeline construction methods, welding and manufacturing, compressor/pump stations, and facility tie-ins.
+ Experience with Hard Dollar, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Onscreen Takeoff, Excel.
+ Proven track record preparing estimates from RFQs, P&IDs, isometrics, and client specifications.
+ Experience with unit rate and lump-sum estimating.
+ Prior field experience in pipeline or facility construction is highly desirable.
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field preferred.
