Take corrective action to meet all regulatory requirements immediately if water chemistry is non-compliant. Assist in leading the creation of the organization structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services Maintain a log of operations and records for in-process tracking of plant output characteristics. Prepare reports on plant operations, compliance, and incidents, including the Monthly Operating Records (MOR) Report. Ensure safe operation by having on-site staffing of Class C or higher operators 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
