Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Strategic Advisor to support the Army's Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Commandant, Deputy, and other members of the team with a mission area focus of Army Integrated air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Army Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS). This strategic advisor position engages across the Department of War (DoW) and Army processes to include IAMD doctrine, concept development, training, programming, acquisition, plans, policy, and operations to shape, guide, and defend the Commandant's equities. The strategic advisor will work remote in a full-time role (40 hours) and in conjunction with the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3 DAMO-Fires, Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), Fires Capabilities Directorate, Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO M&S), and other enterprise stakeholders both in the Army Staff, Joint Staff, and Office of the Secretary of War (OSW). Position requires travel on a quarterly basis/as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Integrated doctrine, organizational, training, and leadership requirements to support Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense
Prepare and present written products (reports, info papers, executive summaries, and briefings) to Branch leadership to shape and lead the Army's IAMD and C-sUAS mission areas.
Engage with Branch leadership on a routine basis and provide advice and recommended guidance to support the team's initiatives.
Represent the Commandant's team in various forums as both a team lead and/or supporting participant.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Education: Master's Degree required.
Experience: 25 years of related military experience; 10 years of Pentagon
Clearance: Must be able to attain a TOP SECRET (TS/SCI) clearance

We are seeking a stellar Special Operations Strength and Conditioning Specialist that will establish and administer effective strength and conditioning protocols designed to maximize the physical performance of SOF personnel, with the priority on SOF Operators and Direct Combat Support personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and provide instruction and guidance on physical training, exercises, movements, and injury avoidance.
Design, administer, evaluate, and document the effects of physical training protocols for SOF personnel in garrison, TDY/TAD, or deployment, under the supervision of the HP program manager and/or coordinator.
Coordinate training programs with the HP staff to ensure a safe and expeditious return to training of SOF personnel recovering from injury.
Refer all personnel with an apparent new or undiagnosed medical condition to a medical provider for evaluation and treatment.
Communicate and collaborate with sports medicine professionals and/or bridge coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from rehabilitation to performance based activities. Will also collaborate with mental performance and performance nutrition to ensure a holistic approach to human performance.
Assist the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator in developing facility standard operating procedures, guidelines, and training protocols including the safe use of strength and conditioning equipment.
Participate in periodic meetings to review and evaluate physical training programs and identify opportunities for improvement. If a meeting occurs outside of regular working hours-unable to attend a meeting, the SCS is responsible for reviewing the information disseminated in meetings.
Participate in periodic in-service training for members of the HP staff and/or POTFF staff as appropriate.
Attend required training in accordance with guiding instructions. Commands will allow attendance at the necessary conferences or courses to complete the continuing education units to maintain professional certifications.
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records of utilization, workload, conducting or participating in education programs, and participating in clinical staff quality assurance functions.
Develop and promulgate training materials as requested and required by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator.
Assist with supply inventories and provide input regarding supply needs for the HP program.
Proficiently utilize computers, software, and technologies as and requested by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and required by USSOCOM HQ and its POTFF staff.
Maintain 100% compliance with local mandatory command training requirements.
Advise the chain of command and/or HP program manager and/or coordinator on strength and conditioning, administrative matters, purchasing of supplies and equipment, and supplemental fiscal requests.
Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:

Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Bachelor's Degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.
Possess and maintain current certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or the Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCa). Maintenance of one of these certifications shall be an enduring element of the requirement.
Minimum of 5 years or more of demonstrable accumulated experience (continuous and sustained experience preferred) of developing long and short-range planning and coordination of sport/mission specific performance programs resulting in attributable results with individual athletes and groups of athletes at the levels of NCAA Collegiate, Olympic, professional sports, and/or SOF Operators in the accompanying, respective settings. Paid, full-time experience as a government civilian or contract employee at United States Combat Arms, Air Force Special Warfare, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) communities may be counted towards minimum qualification requirements, provided this experience was gained within the most recent, continuous 3 years, as a directly-embedded staff member, on-site with the respective Army, Navy, Air Force and/or Marine Corps entities.

Current certification in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to include Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.

What You'll Do

What You'll Do
As the EHS Manager, you will:
Develop & Implement environment, health and safety policies and procedures consistent with the Government ESMS
Stay apprised of legislative changes in the US and Host Nation that may affect the Government EHS program and report, document and, implement changes
Develop, maintain and disseminate general safety guidance to the Government workforce
Develop, maintain and implement Occupational Health and Safety programs to identify, monitor and correct any physical, chemical or biological hazards

Qualifications:

Position Summary
Fluor is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Program's Finance Manager in delivering high-impact financial management, analysis, and reporting services. This role is embedded at the customer site and plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the program lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience in government contracting, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the development, analysis, and submission of client-specific and internal financial reports
* Track labor hours, including overtime, and reconcile vendor invoices and purchase orders
* Support monthly financial close processes and accrual submissions
* Manage and report on Other Direct Costs (ODC), work authorizations, and project charge numbers
* Develop and maintain project forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EAC)
* Perform ad hoc financial analysis for both customer and internal stakeholders
* Utilize Costpoint and Excel for financial deliverables and reporting
* Collaborate with Project Controls, Contracts, Billing, HR, and Supply Chain teams
* Contribute to Basis of Estimate (BOE), pricing, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), and Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REA)
* Support compliance with FAR, CAS, and Fluor's internal financial policies

Job Description
This position provides capture support in the Intelligence Business Line. It is primarily engaged in driving win strategy, teaming selection, staffing and key personnel recommendations, recommending/developing past performance write-ups, and management & technical solution approaches for pursuit opportunities.
