Who are we hiring?The KC Current is seeking a Director, Corporate Partnership Sales, with a strong passion for sales and sports. This person will be responsible for generating partnership revenue, as well as, generating leads through prospecting, cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and relationship building. The Director, Corporate Partnership Sales will report to the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships. This person will be a member of the corporate partnership team, assisting leaders of the department with identifying new corporate partnership business opportunities. The Director, Corporate Partnership Sales will also cultivate strong relationships and drive revenue by renewing and growing the organization's existing partnership business. What will you do? Cultivate new business on behalf of the Corporate Partnerships team by developing proposals, generating leads, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts Generate revenue across all KC Current assets and inventory, with a focus on existing and emerging sponsorship assets Generate new opportunities through direct delivery of sales presentations for KC Current Establish and build client relationships through prospecting and lead development projects, including networking activities outside of day-to-day appointments Work with the activation team to upsell existing partners Lead and/or assist the sales process from discovery, negotiations, and closing Develop and customize sponsorship programs using inventory controlled by the organization to generate net revenue and meet the needs of clients Maintain a network of prospective clients and agency contacts Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing and community relations) to build out sponsor programs and applicable assets Work with the activation team to own the rate card development and management process Exercise sound judgement when prospecting potential corporate partners to ensure alignment with the KC Current brand, mission and vision Other duties as assigned What do you need to succeed? Who are we hiring?Conversion team members are responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal retractable seating, stages, moving furniture and various other duties involving set up for each event. What will you do? Assist with event setups, changeovers, and operational tasks as directed by the manager and supervisor which may include tables, flooring, portable seating, etc. Perform facility operational tasks on event days including storage of equipment, furniture, tools, and identifying damaged equipment. Contributes to the team dynamic by assisting coworkers, maintaining the facilities' cleanliness and helping to develop and maintain a positive work environment. What do you need to succeed? Ability to understand, follow directions, and perform assembly set-up job functions under limited supervision. The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for patients-they schedule appointments, greet, register, and assist patients. The Customer Service Representative is knowledgeable about KC CARE and its services, and is adept at data entry, use of the electronic health record, and provider schedules. Customer Service Representatives have two specializations-Customer Service Representative: Front Office, and Customer Service Representative: Contact Center. The Maintenance Engineer performs a variety of tasks related to the stadium, and surrounding facilities regarding analyzing, correcting, and repairing maintenance problems and various maintenance equipment. Other responsibilities include construction, repair, maintenance, upkeep, and safe operations of related facilities. Maintenance Engineer will have knowledge in maintenance engineering disciplines, be able to apply traits of forward-thinking and ingenuity to daily tasks, and a strong willingness to work in a team environment. What will you do? Organize or render assistance for stadium maintenance functions. Promptly acknowledge responses to concerns and requests made by staff. Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure timely completion of work orders utilizing the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Assist in overseeing and managing the maintenance records and supplies. Assist engineering management on projects, and other maintenance duties such as work orders covering corrective and preventive maintenance of buildings and their components. Work together with other maintenance personnel and management in organizing an essential team that successfully represents the expertise and quality standards of the organization. Perform some duties with access control systems, fire detection and protection systems, and building heating, electrical, mechanical systems. Perform inspections, and repair/replace missing and broken components of stadium seats, doors, restrooms, and other general facility fixtures. Perform general building maintenance to include wall patching, painting, carpentry, wall tile replacement, relamping, ceiling tiles inspections, and basic plumbing repairs. Provide minor service of the facility air conditioning systems. Experience with ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment is preferred but not required. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance. Must be able to respond to emergencies as needed. Will be expected to travel between CPKC Stadium and The University of Kansas Health System Training Center to perform duties. Our jobs include everything from residential handrail to structural beams. We're looking for someone with hands on experience as an Iron Worker with welding and fabrication as well as blueprint reading. We need someone that is interested in helping the company grow while also keeping safety and quality a top priority.
