We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team for the summer. The AECOM Hunt Valley office looking for a Traffic Engineer. The employee will be assigned to Traffic Group at Maryland SHA District 5 Office in Annapolis, MD. Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support Parsons on a major program supporting the U.S. Government.
What You'll Be Doing:
Parsons is seeking to hire a Project Manager (PM) for a U.S. Government contract. The PM will provide overall leadership and guidance for a large, complex international program in a challenging and dynamic environment. Provides direction and management for small to medium-sized international nuclear security projects and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. The Project Manager is responsible for the scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Typical projects range up to $30 million in total installed cost. Projects work with nuclear material security, including efforts to ensure the secure storage and transportation of nuclear warheads, weapons-usable nuclear material, and high-threat radiological material.
Additional Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a complex international project in the global nuclear security arena.
Plans for, documents, and executes processes for technical program management; requirements management; risk management, performance management, metrics reporting, communications planning and management, and subcontractor management.
Acts as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the project execution. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
Establishes relationships with host country stakeholders and participates in meetings and negotiations in support of U.S. Government client.
Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. Ensure that quality products are delivered to the client.
Responsible for the development and distribution of a Project Management Plan to all members of the project team for reference.
Devises and executes actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advises the client and company management of any such changes. The Project Manager is specifically responsible for maintaining current and timely change orders.
Mobilizes company resources, through liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective and high-quality work products.
Works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.
Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project. Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates. Field responsibilities may include local procurement, management of host country national employees, and payroll operations, etc., if required.
Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes. Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule. Establishes weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
Responsible for holding quarterly management reviews with the client at international locations. The review shall detail the following, Milestones completed, pending, and forecast; Financial report including current and projected cost at completion; Schedule and status of permits, licenses, and certifications; Technical progress, to include identified problems and an evaluation of their effect on schedule performance; Project organization and personnel; Subcontractor roles, responsibilities, and performance; Schedule status, issues and resolutions, risks and mitigation; Areas of government focus

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in nuclear engineering or related engineering field, chemistry, or related technical/business field and typically 12+ years of related work experience
At least 7 years managing international projects for US Government customers.
Candidate should have a broad general technical and business background.
Professional registration through the Project Management Institute (or equivalent) is preferred.
The preferred candidate will have experience conducting and managing training courses.
Must be willing to travel internationally.

The Associate General Counsel (Commercial & Real Estate) will step into a high‑visibility role shaping key commercial, real estate, and transactional initiatives across the company. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this attorney will partner with leaders at every level, build strong relationships inside and outside the organization, and help drive strategic execution while managing risk for KCI.
This role is ideal for a seasoned transactional attorney-preferably with Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry experience-ready to lead contract negotiations, refine and manage contract templates, implement a contract lifecycle management platform, review office leases, support transactions involving the purchase of conservation easements, and assist with acquisitions.
While KCI prefers this role be based at our Sparks, MD headquarters, we're open to locating the position in one of the following KCI regional offices: Harrisburg, PA; Newark, DE; Raleigh, NC; Rock Hill, SC; Duluth, GA; or Tampa, FL.

KCI is seeking full-time Engineers-in-Training to participate in the KCI Rotational Engineering program. Duties, Responsibilities & Other
KCI is seeking a motivated student for a Site/Civil Engineering Internship to join our Land Development team for Summer 2026. This position offers hands-on experience working on public and private development projects alongside experienced engineers. Summer interns will work a 40-hour week, with at least 10 weeks of work required during the period from mid-May to the end of August. Interns will be assigned a dedicated supervisor and mentor, are required to attend planned activities, and must submit mid-summer and end-of-summer reports/presentations. Responsibilities include:
Assist with design tasks for commercial, residential, and institutional land development projects
Support site layout, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion/sediment control calculations under the guidance of project engineers
Help prepare construction documents, drawings, and technical specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Provide support with local, state, and federal permitting processes (MDE, SHA, county-level agencies)
Participate in site visits and assist with field observation reports
Collaborate with team members on project organization, schedules, and cost estimate preparation
Gain exposure to real-world engineering practices while contributing to active projects
Qualifications
Education and/or Skills Required:
• This is an entry level position where no previous experience is required.
• Currently enrolled in an ABET-Accredited College Engineering Program
Education and/or Work Experience Preferred:
• 3.0 GPA or higher
Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:
• Valid Driver's License
