Duties, Responsibilities & Other
KCI is seeking full-time Engineers-in-Training to participate in the KCI Rotational Engineering program. The goal of the program is to provide a unique opportunity for recent engineering degree recipients to gain exposure to, and experience in, a range of functional roles and assignments. The program is designed to help participants develop a broad base of knowledge about the company and grow into well-rounded leaders. This is a 1-year program with three or four stations in different disciplines and offices (if applicable).
In this position, candidates will:
Develop knowledge of KCI services and the engineering consulting industry
Better identify a career path that fits the candidates desires (not sure desires is the right word, maybe “wants”)
Receive hands-on work experience in a variety of field and office environments
Learn design and preparation of construction drawings for various civil, transportation, mechanical, water/wastewater and/or utility projects.
Attain an overview of the opportunities within KCI including civil, road and bridge design, industrial, commercial, utilities and/or public sector work.
Work with a diverse group of strong, talented leaders
Develop relationships across the company
Identify how skills and interests align with engineering disciplines
Need to have general knowledge of Microstation, AutoCAD, or Revit.
Need to have good communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required. Appropriate professional certification preferred.

Your Opportunity

- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D surface modeling required.
- Knowledge of CAD standards and relevant software programs including, Openroads, Trimble Business Center, Microsoft Office, and related software a plus
- Strong math skills, including algebra and trigonometry
- Requires ability to work well in a team environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- UAS and/or LiDAR data processing a plus.

+ Attendance of all warranty inspections and support in attaining and maintaining the contractual warranty.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ HS + 10 Years of relevant experience in construction practices, engineering, procedures, and testing, and large vertical DoD construction projects.

**Pay Range:**
- Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas-$79,000.00 - $114,500.00 Annually

Position Summary:
The Civil Engineering Intern / Entry-Level Engineer (EIT) supports municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects by assisting with design, analysis, and construction-related tasks. This role provides exposure to the full project life cycle and offers opportunities to develop technical skills while contributing to infrastructure projects that serve communities across Texas.
Essential Job Functions:

* Support the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar software.
* Assist with preparation of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Provide construction support services, including submittal reviews, responses to RFIs, and field inspections.
* Assist with hydraulic modeling, stormwater analysis, and data evaluation for municipal infrastructure projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support engineering solutions that meet project and client requirements.
Required Qualifications:
* Pursuing or completed a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
* Strong interest in municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, or water resources engineering.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for site visits as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
* EIT certification or ability to obtain certification in the near term.
* Prior internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure.
* Familiarity with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar engineering design software.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to perform office-based engineering tasks and occasional fieldwork.
* Ability to walk, stand, and navigate construction sites or uneven terrain during site visits.
* Ability to lift and carry light equipment or materials as needed for field activities.
Work Environment / Environmental Factors:
* Combination of office environment and outdoor field settings.
* Exposure to varying weather conditions during site visits.
* Moderate noise levels in construction or field environments.

**Job Description:**
Parsons is seeking a **Program Analyst** to support Naval Medical Research Unit - San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) and its collaborating institutions in the management of research-related administrative tasks. NAMRU-SA's mission is to improve survival, operational readiness, and safety of DoD personnel engaged in routine and expeditionary operations.
The Program Analyst will assist with the gathering and organization of Government-prepared documentation for contract actions and proposals. The role involves tracking spreadsheets, maintaining research documents, and coordinating meetings and reports to ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Assist with the gathering of Government-prepared documentation for contract actions and proposals, ensuring task order completion in accordance with established policies and procedures.
+ Assist with various directorate-related administrative tasks and track spreadsheets (dynamic Excel spreadsheets) based on purchases made by the Government and/or the contractor for research-related items.
+ Maintain and organize Government-prepared research documents.
+ Confirm sponsored monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are in accordance with sponsor guidelines and templates.
+ Assist in coordinating conference room reservations.
+ Verify Government-prepared documentation is available for various research meetings.
+ Coordinate and schedule directorate meetings; take minutes and provide them to the Director.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year of experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to gather and organize documentation for contract actions and proposals.
+ Proficiency in tracking spreadsheets and maintaining research documents.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other
KCI is seeking a motivated student for an MEP Engineering Internship to join our team for Summer 2026. Summer interns will work a 40-hour week, with at least 10 weeks of work required during the period from mid-May to the end of August. Interns will be assigned a dedicated supervisor and mentor, are required to attend planned activities, and must submit mid-summer and end-of-summer reports/presentations. Responsibilities include:
Enrolled in a college Engineering program. Preference will be given to students pursuing degrees in Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering.
Assist in the development of plans, quantities and cost estimates
Conduct data analysis and reporting
Complete field surveys or laboratory assignments
Conduct entry level engineering, design or drafting
Prepare engineering studies and coordinate design plans with other design disciplines
Apply quality control procedures in alignment with ISO.
Communicate with client(s) on a limited basis
Provide on-time delivery of project expectations with favorable feedback
Perform administrative or office management duties.
Qualifications
Education and/or Skills Required:
• This is an entry level position where no previous experience is required.
• Currently enrolled in an ABET-Accredited College Engineering Program
Education and/or Work Experience Preferred:
• 3.0 GPA or higher
Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:
• Valid Driver's License
