Being your own boss and running your own show...No protocols or set standards. Can do nothing at home, they wouldnt even know.
No culture, no vibe, no one in except a handful, can hear the crickets its that quiet when we enter the office. Management afraid to put their foot down and get staff back in. Even 2 days its an uncultured office. Worst place to work for!

No leadership, no culture, no vibe. Just miserable staff that can’t come into the office for 2 days. Always excuses.
Nothing other than you can work from home whenever you please . Whimsy others are forced to be in every day.
