Mike Gamson joined LinkedIn in August 2007. He currently leads LinkedIn's Global Solutions Organization across the company’s 26 offices worldwide. The GSO includes various functions ranging from field sales and professional services representatives, to research analysts, account managers and operational experts. There are three primary business groups within the GSO focused on servicing corporate customers—Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, and Sales Solutions. Previously, Mike was Director of Product Marketing at Advent Software, a provider of enterprise software for investment managers, where he led the Trading and Order Management business. Mike began his career as an entrepreneur in Costa Rica, founding a restaurant and boutique hotel in 1996. He sold the business to American investors and joined Bank of America as a financial analyst in Chicago the following year. Mike holds a BA from Amherst College.

Keith Carlson is the chief technology officer of Relativity. As head of technology and architecture strategy, Keith oversees the Engineering Delivery, Engineering Operations, and Production Engineering functions. In his career, Keith has been a co-founder, programmer, team lead, principal engineer and chief technology officer. He most recently spent 7 plus years at Amazon Web Services where he developed one of the first cloud fraud prevention and detection organizations and grew it to where it was evaluating ten trillion pieces of data a day. Keith is excited to apply his extensive developer experience to help mature RelativityOne’s SaaS delivery model and expand Relativity’s reach into the unstructured data realm.

Experienced IT executive with leadership roles in financial services, telecommunications and education industries. Have participated in a broad spectrum of IT management including strategy, design, implementation and operations. Managed both small and large teams in both simple and complex IT environments. I am a self professed technology lover with proficiency in software development, security, end user computing, infrastructure, data and a unique viewpoint on how these all come together to form ecosystems that drive the world today.Key talents include assessing IT environments and teams looking for opportunities for productivity and other enhancements, IT integrations (particularly acquisition projects) and consolidation and people leadership through challenging transitions.I have a passion for technology and the business enablement that can be accomplished through thoughtful and well designed and implemented solutions that are timely and effective.

Beth joined the Relativity team in 2020 as CHRO and brings over 20+ years of Human Resources experience across four countries and five sectors (financial services, biotechnology, manufacturing, media and technology) to Relativity. In her former roles at Cloudreach and Deliveroo Beth oversaw the building of the global people strategy and underpinning scaffolding to drive the rapid scaling of these high growth technology firms. In Beth's prior roles at NBCUniversal and HSBC her main focus was on building cutting edge employee experience through talent programs and culture. Earlier roles at Citigroup and Honeywell provided Beth a strong foundational background as an HR business partner and talent leader. Beth and her husband Gavin have three children - Lucy, Lauren and Charlie. Beth received her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

Cristina Rossman joined the Relativity team as Chief Marketing Officer in 2020. In her role , she is responsible for leading the marketing organization. With her extensive experience in building products, programs and functions from scratch, she brings an engineering mindset to decision making and execution while valuing the role of creativity in crafting differentiated experiences. Cristina has led teams through multiple stages of growth at both public and private companies. Most recently, she was Vice President, Product Marketing at Morningstar where she established a product marketing discipline within a newly centralized marketing function. In her 18 years at Morningstar working on both the product and marketing side, some of her notable accomplishments include launching and growing Morningstar Direct, a global investment analysis platform, as well as integrating marketing strategy for Morningstar’s largest revenue driving segment - asset management. She received her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan and her MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Amanda joined the Relativity team in 2018 as chief security officer. In her role, Amanda is responsible for championing and directing security strategy in risk management and compliance practices. Prior to joining Relativity, Amanda served as the global head of cyber response and digital forensics at Zurich Insurance Company. She also held several management and consulting positions at Symantec, Dell SecureWorks, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Guidance Software. Amanda received her masters of forensic science in the field of Digital Forensics: High-Technology Crime Investigation at the George Washington University.

Chris Brown is the chief product officer at Relativity. He leads our product and user experience teams and is responsible for the development of Relativity’s product vision, strategy, and product roadmap in collaboration with engineering. Prior to joining Relativity, Chris held CEO and chief product officer roles for fellow Chicago-based companies Kapow Events and Orbitz Worldwide, respectively - where his teams delivered transformative online platforms for global B2C and B2B customers in the corporate events and travel industries. Chris began his career in Austin, Texas where he advanced to leadership positions in software engineering and product management, and earned his initial experience as an entrepreneur. An Illinois native and electrical and computer engineering graduate from the University of Illinois in 1998, Chris has served on the ECE Illinois Alumni Board since 2017.

Karen Ruzic Klein joined the Relativity team as Chief Legal Officer in June 2020. In her role, she oversees all legal and regulatory compliance matters and provides strategic partnership to the executive team and board of directors. Most recently, she was EVP and General Counsel of Ticketmaster where she oversaw the legal, government relations, communications and talent teams. Prior to Ticketmaster, Karen spent 17 years heading up the legal function in various travel tech companies, including Hotel Tonight, KAYAK and Orbitz, taking both KAYAK and Orbitz public and successfully completing KAYAK’s $1.8 billion merger with Priceline Incorporated. Before joining Orbitz, she worked as in-house legal counsel at several software companies. Karen began her legal career in 1995 as an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
