Elizabeth leads Infusionsoft's consulting, support and customer satisfaction teams to deliver a delightful end-to-end experience for customers. Her background in product management and customer-driven innovation, as well as her experience as an entrepreneur and Infusionsoft customer, gives her a unique insight into what small businesses need to succeed. Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Elizabeth founded Growth Choice Enterprises, a growth consulting, coaching and training company. She oversaw new business initiatives at Intuit, where she served as director of product management, and spent several years as a senior associate at McKinsey & Company. Elizabeth has an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategy from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from University of California, San Diego.

Greg Head is the chief marketing officer of [Infusionsoft](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/infusionsoft), a technology company that provides sales and marketing automation software for small businesses that combines CRM, email marketing, and e-commerce. Prior to this position, he founded and acted as the CEO of NewAvenue. During the course of his career, Head has been manager at Symantec, Contact Software International, Interact Commerce, and Sage Software while having also held senior executive roles at New Avenue, SalesLogix, and Flypaper. Head holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.

Hal Halladay currently serves as Chief People Officer at Infusionsoft and is a seasoned SaaS executive with a proven track record of building value in companies through people. As Chief People Officer, Hal scales Infusionsoft’s capacity to grow by developing leaders and creating operational excellence across the organization. He leads Infusionsoft’s people and operations functions. He creates and executes the strategies that enable high performance and that preserve and foster Infusionsoft’s award-winning workplace culture. Hal was co-founder and CEO of NorthSky, a website hosting company that was acquired by About.com and currently is operated by United Online as Freeservers. He also co-founded a business blog network that provides content to help small businesses. Hal began his career as an investment banker working for Kidder Peabody (acquired by UBS/PaineWebber) where he provided financial advisory and capital for growth stage businesses. Hal has focused his career on developing leaders and helping employees become their best selves. With nearly three decades of experience in enabling and building high growth companies, Hal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Infusionsoft. Hal received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and B.A. in finance from the University of Utah. As a Father of four, he has spent most of his spare time coaching youth sports but also enjoys music, adventure cycling, snowboarding and surfing.

Han Yuan is the founder of Post-PC Labs, LLC an incubator focused on building and collaboration and productivity tools for businesses and consumers. Post-PC Labs, is a self-funded incubator powered entirely by freelancers from around the world leveraging the latest cloud computing and development frameworks. Han's desire to start an incubator with freelancers was inspired a large part to his tenure as head of engineering at Upwork from 2015 to 2019 where he lead over 380 engineers in 40 countries around the world. During his tenure, Upwork's business doubled culminating in a public offering in 2018. Prior to Upwork, Han held notable roles at eBay and Netflix where he was part of early efforts for these brands and scaled those engineering programs to be two of the top downloaded mobile applications of all time. In 2006, Han started Buddystumbler.com, an early social network. Han started his career in enterprise software solving problems in the accounting and performance management domains.

Kaja-Anne Jezycki is a VP, General Counsel at Keap; Chief People & Operations Officer and General Counsel at Keap; and Designated Broker at Rim Valley Real Estate Co and is based in Chandler, Arizona. She has worked as General Counsel at Arizona Boys Ranch, Associate General Counsel at AVNET INC, and Contract In House Counsel at Special Counsel. Kaja-anne studied at Syracuse University; Quinnipiac University School of Law; and Kent School in Kent, CT.

I helped start the company and grow annual revenue from $1M to $100M. I've helped raise over $500M in venture capital, private equity and debt financing; including leading the $54.4M Infusionsoft Series C financing transaction with Goldman Sachs, and the $55M Series D transaction with Bain Capital Ventures.I was honored as Arizona CIO of the Year by the Phoenix Business Journal and the Arizona Technology Council.
