Head of Payer Product
Headway 4.0
Remote or New York, NY job
Headway's mission is a big one - to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. We've built technology that helps people find great therapists with the first software-enabled national network of providers accepting insurance.
1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.
Headway was founded in 2019. Since then, we've grown into a diverse, national network of over 60,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. Headway's mission is to rewire the mental healthcare system so it works for everyone. To do that, we must not only help patients and providers, we must also innovate for the payers who finance care. Payers sit at the center of how mental health benefits are designed and paid for, but today, their tools and structures often limit access instead of expanding it. Our Payer Product team will lead the charge on rethinking how Headway works with insurance companies via benefits design, care navigation and more to help them deliver better care while managing costs.
In this role, you'll co-innovate with some of the largest healthcare companies in America to evolve how mental health is financed, bringing innovation and tailored solutions to a space where new approaches are long overdue.
What you'll do at Headway:
Own Headway's Payer Product strategy from the ground up
Build innovative products that allow payers to design and deliver more flexible, effective mental health benefits
Act as a thought partner to senior executives at some of the largest payers in the country, co-creating solutions that push toward bold change
Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and engineers to execute against this vision
Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic bets that transform payer economics and patient outcomes
Partner cross-functionally to ensure payer innovation integrates seamlessly across the business
You'll be great for this role if you:
Healthcare Innovator: You have deep knowledge of payer/insurance models and are eager to reinvent how mental health is paid for and delivered
Builder-Strategist: You thrive in messy, ambiguous spaces and can create clarity, structure, and strategy where none exists
Co-Creator: You know how to partner with large, complex organizations, earning trust while pushing them toward meaningful change
Influential Communicator: You can frame bold innovation in terms that resonate with executives, employers, and product teams alike
Bonus: Experience in digital health startups, healthcare consulting, or as a founder/operator who has built in complex, regulated industries
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base pay range for this position is $297,500 - $350,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.
Benefits offered include:
Equity compensation

Enterprise Account Executive
Block and 4.3
Remote job
Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together.
So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions - to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we've embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.
Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes - large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We're building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.
The Role:
Craft Deal Strategy: Develop and pitch powerful sales narratives that educate prospective partners of Block's value proposition. Effectively communicate with senior decision makers at the largest brands in the world.
Represent Square: Represent Square to top-tier Enterprise clients with executive presence and as a thought-leader in the payments and point of sale landscape.
Lead Complex Deals: Be responsible for complex and often first-of-kind deal negotiation and execution for Square through methodical deal management based on pipeline organization, driving urgency, and aligning with partners on opportunities of mutual interest.
Build Block's Network: Represent Square at industry events, trade shows and networking functions. Develop and grow Block's enterprise relationships with leading brands, including their senior executives.
Be a Team Player: Lead with curiosity and empathy. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive deals forward, including Finance, Risk, Legal, Product, Account Management; and with external partners' cross-functional executives.
You Will:
Sell the Square platform to Enterprise level customers
Build trust and credibility by showing C-level executives (CFO, CIO, CTO, and VPs) how Block's brands, products, and people are advancing economic empowerment
Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and partner with other teams to provide a smooth onboarding
Be a creative, trusted advisor for both clients and internal partners
Work with Payments, Product, and Marketing teams to channel the customer voice internally, impact product roadmaps, and ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
Excel in operating in a dynamic environment that is prone to change
Apply AI to nearly everything you do
Achieve and exceed bi-annual sales goals
Travel: ~40%
You have:
9+ years in a qualifying or prospecting role
A BA/BS degree or relevant experience
An interest in being a relationship builder, collaborative partner, and dynamic project manager
Technical sales experience on deals that require integrations and/or custom development
The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Experience selling a complex ecosystem of SaaS products
An ability to translate complex business concepts into concise and easy to understand conversations, and put structure to ambiguous, unstructured problems

Senior Business Development Representative
Block and 4.3
Remote or Scottsdale, AZ job

You will use a data-driven approach to outbound sales that incorporates prospecting, email communication, and calling at scale.
This position is the starting point to many growth opportunities within the Square team. We have designed our program to facilitate career growth. Prior to being promoted into a new role, you have the ability to increase your on target earnings by leveling up within the organization.
You Will
Manage a diverse pipeline of businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles
Reach out to businesses in your pipeline at scale through cold calling, emailing and social selling
Promote urgency through a solutions-based sales approach, identifying challenges with businesses and providing targeted value around how Square can help
