About the Role
As a QA Analyst on the Browser Extension team, you will play a critical role in validating the quality and reliability of Keeper's browser extensions across supported platforms, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Your primary focus will be on manual testing, regression validation, and cross-browser compatibility to ensure a seamless user experience. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other QA team members to identify, document, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience testing browser-based products, and a solid understanding of web technologies.
Responsibilities
Conduct manual testing of Keeper's browser extensions across supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
Validate core functionality, UI/UX behavior, compatibility, and security-related workflows within browser extensions
Create, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user stories
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand new features and ensure appropriate test coverage
Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear, reproducible steps and expected outcomes

Assist in reproducing and validating customer-reported issues

About the Role
As a Data Analyst on the KeeperAI Guardian team, you will act as the bridge between raw graph data and actionable threat intelligence. About the Role
You will tackle one of the most critical challenges in cybersecurity: detecting threats within privileged access sessions with high accuracy and low latency. Privileged accounts are prime targets for attackers, and the ML systems you build will serve as a first line of defense against anomalous and malicious behavior across SSH, RDP, VNC, and database connections. This role focuses on a hybrid detection approach combining vision-language models (VLMs) and domain-adapted ML models. You will work in a Python-based environment processing real-time session data via WebSocket, WebRTC, and protocol-level interfaces. The role is well-suited for engineers who enjoy both research-oriented work (datasets, evaluation, model training) and applied production engineering (inference systems, integration, and optimization).
Responsibilities
Design, curate, and maintain datasets for training and evaluating threat detection models
Build custom ML models for domain-specific threat classification and risk assessment
Engineer and optimize prompts for vision-language models to analyze session behavior
Create evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure accuracy, robustness, and reliability
Develop Python-based inference services within Dockerized environments
Integrate AI/ML capabilities with WebSocket, WebRTC, and low-level system interfaces for real-time analysis

Requirements

About the Role
We are building a best-in-class Partner Operations function focused on creating predictable, scalable revenue through our partner ecosystem. About the Job
The Director of Network Operations is responsible for the leadership, architecture, and operational excellence of Keeper Security's global network infrastructure. This role leads the Network Operations Center (NOC) and partners closely with the Director of Security Operations to ensure strong coordination between NOC and SOC teams, delivering high availability, top-tier performance, and robust security across all network systems and cloud environments.

About the Job
The Tier 2 SOC Analyst / Watch Officer serves as the escalation point for Tier 1 alerts and incidents, leading tactical investigation, containment, and remediation efforts. You will act as the on-shift lead, providing technical guidance, situational awareness, and operational direction during live security events. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of complex DevOps and infrastructure programs, including perform in-depth triage and analysis of escalated alerts to determine scope, impact and root cause
Lead response actions such as isolating hosts, revoking credentials or blocking network indicators
Examine endpoint, network and cloud logs to reconstruct attack timelines and adversary behaviors
Execute and enhance incident response playbooks, detection rules and escalation criteria

About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Snapshot team, you will play a key role in maintaining and advancing the quality and performance of Keeper's browser extension and Snapshot feature. This role focuses on ensuring reliable login autofill, strong web compatibility, and continuous quality improvement across a wide range of web environments. About the Job
The Senior DevOps Program Manager will orchestrate large-scale cloud, automation, and infrastructure initiatives that span Engineering, Security, and Operations. This role is responsible for driving the execution of Keeper's infrastructure roadmap, enabling modern DevOps practices, and ensuring that all programs align with zero-trust, zero-knowledge, and compliance-driven requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of complex DevOps and infrastructure programs, including cloud modernization, CI/CD optimization, automation, and security integrations
Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Product leadership to define program strategy, priorities, and success criteria
Oversee large-scale cloud initiatives across AWS and other platforms, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and operational resilience
Coordinate Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform and related automation tooling

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering
4+ years of technical program or project management experience in a SaaS, cloud-native, or cybersecurity environment
Proven experience with AWS cloud services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.)

About the Job
We're seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives in high-security, compliance-driven environments. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation within IL5 / FedRAMP High deployments. About the Role
As a Product Manager, AI & Threat Analytics, you will serve as the product execution partner for AI engineers, ML practitioners, and threat researchers. About the Role
The Channel Account Manager, Federal System Integrators, will report to our Director of Global Channel Account Management carrying a primary focus on building pipeline and channel revenue with the top Federal System Integrators (, GDIT, CACI, Leidos, SAIC, .). Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering
4+ years of technical program or project management experience in a SaaS, cloud-native, or cybersecurity environment
Proven experience with AWS cloud services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.)
Hands-on familiarity with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
Strong understanding of automation, cloud security, and modern DevOps best practices
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives in high-security or compliance-driven environments
Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) and incident management workflows
Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide stakeholders, influence decisions, and manage expectations
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar cloud certifications
Experience working within FedRAMP, DoD, or regulated government environments
Exposure to secrets management or privileged access management systems
Experience with DevSecOps automation and compliance-as-code tooling
PMP certification

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
You're hired (transfers to employee records)

If you become an employee, your rights regarding your employee record are governed by our internal Employee Privacy Notice and certain data will be retained as required under relevant laws such as employment or tax law.
