Create, maintain, and update physician and rehabilitation provider scheduling templates within Epic, including recurring schedules, modifiers, and other configuration updates to support accurate scheduling.
Process bi-weekly provider payroll, including collection, review, and submission of timesheets in accordance with payroll deadlines and requirements.
Develop and maintain provider call schedules and ensure on-call assignments are accurately updated and communicated via the intranet and other designated platforms.
Build, manage, and optimize provider scheduling templates in the Epic EHR, supporting workflow efficiency, accurate documentation, and access optimization.
Collaborate with nursing, surgery, patient access, recruitment, clinic leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure provider schedules are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational and staffing needs.

Position Summary
The Coordinator - Mine Maintenance is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and availability of mobile and fixed plant equipment. This role ensures maintenance operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production goals and compliance standards.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager - Mine, the Coordinator - Mine Maintenance will be responsible for the following:
Coordinate daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance activities for mobile equipment, processing plants, and infrastructure.
Work with Mine Operations Coordinator and develop a process for decision-making around scheduled & break-in work.
Coordinate with maintenance planners, supervisors, and operations teams to align maintenance plans with production schedules.
Prioritize work orders based on criticality, safety, and equipment availability.
Monitor equipment performance and maintenance history to help reduce downtime and extend asset life.
Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with procurement to ensure availability of critical components.
Ensure maintenance tasks comply with OEM specifications, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture and participate in incident investigations, hazard assessments, and audits.
Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, cost reduction, and scheduling efficiency.
Support training and development of maintenance personnel.Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of mobile mining equipment and fixed plant systems (e.g., crushers, conveyors, pumps).
Familiarity with maintenance planning tools (e.g., SAP, Pronto, Oracle EAM, or similar CMMS).
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
Education
Trade qualification or diploma/degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mining maintenance coordination, planning, or supervisory roles.
Physical Requirements
Exposure to loud noise, dust, heavy machinery, and uneven terrain.
Some lifting and strength are required when working in a plant.
Must be available to work shifts, weekends, callouts and company mandated overtime.
Salary Range:
$115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience.
