Primary Responsibilities The Communications Manager is responsible for implementing effective corporate communications strategies across the company's diverse and geographically distributed workforce. This position will impact the engagement of all employees by developing creative content and using effective delivery mechanisms to reach KeHE's 8,000 employees. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the company, this role will be responsible for content, programs, and projects that shape, influence, and positively impact the employee experience. Essential Functions DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Creates and delivers internal communications content including emails, newsletters, internet articles, internal marketing campaigns, digital signage posts, videos, and presentations. * Supervise and oversee communications day-to-day operations. * Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear and consistent messaging that aligns with the company's strategic plan, culture, and brand descriptors. * Manages a communications plan that aligns content, audiences, and distribution channels. * Measures and reports on the effectiveness of communications activities. * Supports internal events including executive leadership meetings, awards celebrations, town halls, and employee engagement events. * Leads and develops a direct report with strong leadership that inspires, encourages, and unleashes potential. * Manages communications projects and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and/or action. * Proofs, edits, and advises on corporate communications. * Other duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field required. * Minimum of five (5) years of experience coordinating communications for a corporation or similar institution required. * Experience creating and deploying content for a geographically dispersed population. * Experience managing webinars on virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. * Experience delivering content through a variety of communications channel software including email newsletter platforms, intranet, digital signage, and employee communications apps. * Experience with audio and video editing and production. * Experience with ServiceNow preferred. Primary Responsibilities The Senior Manager of Customer Experience & Commercial Strategies plays a key cross-functional role supporting initiatives that connect Commercial strategy with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Experience to translate commercial needs into executable solutions, ensuring alignment between teams and enhance customer experience across the food distribution network. Essential Functions DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Translate Commercial priorities into clear project requirements and execution plans. * Lead small and medium-sized initiatives that improve sales execution, account management, customer onboarding, retail execution, and customer-specific operational workflows. * Support leadership in enterprise-wide, complex initiatives and strategic programs. * Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Experience teams to ensure commercial strategies are operationally feasible and aligned with network capabilities. * Support network-related initiatives such as new DC builds, retrofits, service model changes, and SKU placement optimization. * Ensure alignment between customer requirements, commercial programs, and distribution center operations. * Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. * Lead components of major programs such as OMS optimization, customer onboarding workflows, network optimization, and enterprise planning enhancements. * Develop project materials including charters, business requirements, timelines, and status updates. * Apply the organization's change management playbook to all assigned initiatives. * Build and execute communication, training, deployment, and hyper-care plans. * Support PDCA-based results tracking and stabilization activities. * Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure commercial performance and initiative outcomes. * Prepare project updates, business cases, and performance insights for leadership. * Identify and escalate structural gaps affecting commercial or operational readiness. * Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners on assigned project components. * Manage project-level budgets and ROI assessments, in partnership with the Director. * Manage and lead a team to achieve organizational goals assigned to the team. * Other duties and projects as assigned.
