We are seeking a Director of Donor Services for our client, a well-respected and nationally recognized not-for-profit corporation that conducts scholarship programs. This is a direct hire position and is full-time, onsite in Evanston, Illinois.
Our client is seeking a professional who will report directly to the Executive Director of Scholar and Donor Services. This individual will help manage the corporation's efforts to secure private financial contributions and will serve as the secondary department leadership role in conducting an inaugural multi-million-dollar fundraising campaign. Collaborates with the IT department to develop prototypes for automated systems to streamline scheduling and budget processes.
Reviews submitted baseline and progress schedules for compliance with City guidelines and analyzes schedules for reasonableness compared to project scope and progress.
Works with department project managers and program managers to evaluate schedule status and provide recommendations to address schedule deficiencies or expedite schedules.
Assists with the integration of schedule data with project cost data in the City's Capital Project Management System (CPMS).
Assembles and compiles schedule and cost data and inputs into the Project Controls Systems to ensure appropriate project status.
Monitors and reviews project controls data (schedule and cost) for capital projects.
Prepares status reports and other related project planning and control documentation; prepares CIP data for dashboards and project webpages.
Interfaces with program managers/project managers to define needs for changes to budgets and schedules and identification of variances from the original project plan; develops process improvement plans to meet department goals in utilizing the P6 system.
Prepares and develops customized reports for program managers/project managers and various City departments.
Participates in program and project status meetings and coordinates with other Project Controls Specialists and associated staff across the City.
Performs other related duties as required.

Job Summary
LP Analyst is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Power Platform & BI Developer. This person is responsible for enhancing organizational efficiency and decision-making through the implementation of process improvement strategies and the development and maintenance of internal and external apps as well as business intelligence dashboards. In this multi-faceted position, you will collaborate with various teams to support existing process automations and develop new process automations using Remote Process Automation and leveraging AI. You will also support our team in designing, developing and maintaining BI dashboards including integrating data from various sources.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose automation solutions to support the business
Assist in the development of a prioritized plan for implementing process improvements, considering the potential impact on the organization
Support the implementation of approved process improvements, working closely with project leads and stakeholders
Assist in making necessary adjustments and refinements to implemented processes and maintaining technical documentation accordingly

Qualifications and Skills

Experience with Microsoft products including Azure, Power Automate, Power Platform and Dynamics
Strong understanding of SQL databases and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
