Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Requires Demonstrated knowledge and ability to generate routine reports and meet deadlines; be computer literate to design graphs, tables, and reports.
Requires knowledge of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation lifestyle, culture, customs, and the best practices to facilitate Native American studies that are indigenous to the Plateau Cultural Region.
Requires skills to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, in written format, and ability to write clear, concise reports
Requires knowledge of the history and culture of the twelve tribes Confederated on the Colville Reservation and able to help facilitate each segment of the cultural component such as crafts, family (genealogy), ceremonial custom orientation and practices, oral history, storytelling, traditional living skills and values clarification.
Requires the ability to independently perform all of the duties of the position and make recommendations to the Re-Entry Coordinator and Chief of Corrections to enhance and / or improve the effectiveness of programs offered through the Colville Tribal Correctional Facility.

JOB SUMMARY

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus.
