Our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial positions perform the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned at the beginning of each shift:
* Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
* Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
* Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
* Clean totes and other items

Requirements for our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial Positions:

Position Summary:

Summary of duties:
Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
Complete sweep logs, as directed.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Bilingual is a plus
Requirements for our Janitorial Crew Positions:
Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours

A Lead Technician is responsible for installation, service, and sales support. This includes but is not limited to assisting in all phases of installing, testing, and troubleshooting intrusion, access control, and video management systems. Responsibilities include ensuring that installations and service orders are completed successfully, on schedule, and the work performed meets or exceeds client expectations. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm.
Pay range is $28.00 - $32.00/hour plus benefits and paid time off. Company vehicle, laptop and cell phone provided.

Responsibilities
Installs, Services, Inspects, tests, and troubleshoots new access control, intrusion systems, and CCTV systems accurately and on time following best practice procedures and quality control standards.
Pulling cable, rough in, installing conduit, terminating cables at device and headend.
Identify any issues regarding timeline or progress and communicate with the supervisor.
Stays up to date and knowledgeable on new services, technology, and internal processes/procedures.
Servicing and maintaining various systems at our clients' locations
Qualifications
3 or more years' experience installing:
commercial access control, video systems, low voltage, and commercial wiring/cabling OR
Knowledge of building, fire, and life safety codes pertaining to construction and electrical systems
High School diploma/GED preferred
Technical/Trade/Vocational school certificate in electronics/electrical is desirable
Strong electronics knowledge/background (AC/DC theory, series and parallel circuits, open/close loops) and ability and knowledge to use digital volt meters
Knowledge of IP, Ethernet, and networking protocol and CAT5 technologies preferred
Other Eligibility Requirements
Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses, and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked.
Must be willing to participate in and pass the company's pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening.
Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver's license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.

• Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer retention, enhance service delivery and sell services. Employee Relations and Supervision:
• Works closely with frontline personnel to meet customer requirements; determines training requirements and identifies sources meet training and development needs.
• Recommend staffing levels; work with management and HR to hire, train and evaluate staff; and
• Understand applicable union contracts and develop effective working relationship with local labor unions.
Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and maintain solid relationship with customer and be the face of ABM for the customer
Understand customer requirements and offer ABM services to meet their needs.
• Increase billable services provided by ABM and add value to the customer by providing additional or periodic services (TAG work);
Financial:
• Inventory control to ensure labor and supplies are within budget.
