The position of Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing the maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the desired quality, quantity and timely maintenance of all production machinery/equipment, physical plant, utilities and grounds in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Directs & supervises Maintenance Supervisors and ensures compliance with company policies. Qualifications: 3-5 plus years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required, preferably with leadership experience in a food-related industry.
